    Wales 7-5 Scotland

Joe Hawkins is back on the pitch and Wales are up to full strength.

Last week saw such a vast improvement to Welsh discipline after the four yellow cards in Twickenham.

They cannot afford to slip back into bad habits.

Former Wales fly-half on BBC One

Wales are far too narrow by there, I know they are a man down but you've got to keep some of your width to prevent that.

Try: Wales 7-5 Scotlandpublished at 14 mins

    Steyn try

Scotland hit back through their right wing.

Straight from a set-piece, Scotland do a great job simply working the overlap with the extra man in the backs.

Kinghorn has so much time to pick his pass to Steyn for an easy finish in thew corner.

    Russell misses the conversion.

  4. Hawkins yellow card not upgradedpublished at 13 mins

    Wales 7-0 Scotland

Confirmation that Joe Hawkins' yellow card will remain just that and he will be back in a few minutes

  5. Replacementspublished at 12 mins

    Wales 7-0 Scotland

Good and bad news for Wales.

Gabriel Hamer-Webb is back on to enjoy the rest of his debut.

But Taine Plumtree is off. He took a bang to his right shoulder in the opening exchanges and so Cardiff's James Botham is on.

  6. 'Impossible to stop him'published at 11 mins

    Wales 7-0 Scotland

    Jonathan Davies
Former Wales fly-half on BBC One

Rhys Carre is unstoppable from that range I have to say. It's impossible to stop him, the angle is so low as well.

That's great play from Wales, they've built the pressure, gone through the phases and haven't kicked anything silly. That's a great start for Wales.

    Wales 7-0 Scotland

    Lisa Martin
Former Scotland captain on BBC Radio Wales

That was just down to a lot of Scotland errors that allowed Wales to get up the pitch.

You knew that Wales would come out guns blazing and it's now how Scotland respond and are able to put them under pressure.

  8. try

Converted try: Wales 7-0 Scotlandpublished at 9 mins

    Carre try, Costelow con

The prop crashes over for the second week in a row.

It's a carbon copy of last week's score against France.

Tap penalty, Dewi Lake leads the charge and then a fast short pass to the Saracens prop who is unstoppable from a few yards out.

  9. Postpublished at 8 mins

    Wales 0-0 Scotland

Now it's Wales on the attack and the crowd has come to life.

This is the noisiest we've heard Welsh fans this tournament.

  10. Close again!published at 6 mins

    Wales 0-0 Scotland

Kyle Steyn looked odds on to score but is hauled down just short by Taine Plumtree.

The Wales flanker did so well to track down the Scotland wing who sped through from Finn Russell's lovely inside pass.

Josh Adams intercepts the follow up pass and Wales escape.

Scotland missed a chance against 14 men there.

    Wales 0-0 Scotland

    Peter Wright
Former Scotland prop on BBC Radio Scotland

That's a shoulder straight to his head.

That's a yellow card at the very least.

It will be tight between a red or a yellow.

  13. Close!published at 4 mins

Duhan Van der Merwe gets his first run but is well-shackled by Louis Rees-Zammit and Josh Adams.

But Wales are penalised, Scotland kick up field and Huw Jones is denied in the corner.

Joe Hawkins could be in trouble for an earlier challenge.

  14. Replacementpublished at 2 mins

    Wales 0-0 Scotland

Gabriel Hamer-Webb is only two minutes into his international debut and he's having to make way with blood coming from his nose.

Looks like he took a stray hand to the face.

    Welcome to Test rugby!

    Wales 0-0 Scotland

Well they heard you Jiffy. It's a bright start from Wales as Ben Carter bursts up the middle and Joe Hawkins probes the right.

    Wales 0-0 Scotland

    Jonathan Davies
Former Wales fly-half on BBC One

Wales need a big opening 10 minutes, stay in the game and do the simple things well.

Build pressure kick well, chase and compete. If Scotland get on the front foot, Finn Russel will be very dangerous.

Wow. Anyone doubting whether the Welsh public are behind this team should have just heard that rendition of Mae Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau. Spine-tingling.

  19. Will Townsend try to second guess Tandy?published at 16:39 GMT 21 February

    Wales v Scotland (16:40)

    Peter Wright
Former Scotland prop on BBC Radio Scotland

I think that's the concern - that Townsend will think too deeply into this and think Tandy will know everything Scotland want to do.

I don't think he will try to change things that much - that tempo and pace.

I notice that Wales concede an awful lot down the wings and Scotland did that really well against England.

They will try to manipulate Wales in the middle of the park to get it to the back three and, if they do that, they could rip Wales apart.

If they get their attack right, you can see 30 or 40 points going on today.

  20. Postpublished at 16:37 GMT 21 February

    Wales v Scotland (16:40 GMT)

Scotland head coach Gregor Townsend tells BBC Sport: "We've got to create our own energy today.

"We know this is one of the toughest environments to play in.

"We have to show equal desire. There are parts of last week's performance we want to bring out today.

"Blair [Kinghorn] played last weekend for Toulouse and went very well. Duhan [van der Merwe] went well in training. Our job is to get the ball to them.

"I'm worried about what Wales can bring. Individually they're very good. We expect a top-quality game and that's why we have to play very well to win."
