    Munster 7-3 Gloucester

Ooof, George Barton's exceptional 50-22 kick gives Gloucester superb field position as they aim to respond to Dan Kelly's try.

    Drilled, pinpoint, brilliant.

Munster force a turnover, though, so it comes to nought for the Cherry and Whites.

    Gaetan Barlot

Twenty minutes have gone in Bordeaux and the hosts are over for their third try.

It's a perfectly executed line-out and the Scarlets' pack can do little to stop Gaetan Barlot and the driving maul.

    Dan Kelly (con: Crowley)

Munster score the first try of the match!

Full-back Mike Haley makes the break and although he is halted, centre Dan Kelly is there in support and finishes really well to put the hosts in front.

    Jack Crowley adds the extras.

    Munster 0-3 Gloucester

Munster earn a penalty from about the same position George Barton kicked one for Gloucester, but the home side turn down a shot at three points and kick to the corner.

Hooker Niall Scannell picks up a head of steam to get within a couple of metres of the tryline - but Gloucester do some excellent work at the breakdown to earn a penalty and halt Munster's momentum.

    Munster 0-3 Gloucester

In Cork, there have been a couple of stoppages for injuries and neither side has been able to exert sustained, meaningful pressure on their opponents.

The other two matches in Pool Two take place on Sunday, by the way - Castres face Edinburgh and Toulon take on Bath.

That'll give Munster, who still trail to that early George Barton penalty, a boost of confidence.

Gloucester have an attacking scrum on Munster's 22 but the visitors are penalised and Munster can clear their lines.

Scarlets will be looking to bounce back this evening after their one-point loss to Bristol Bears last weekend.

But Dwayne Peel's side face the ultimate European challenge when they take on Champions Cup holders Bordeaux-Begles.

It's a team littered with stars, including French wings Louis Bielle-Biarrey and Damian Penaud and fly-half Matthieu Jalibert.

Bordeaux are aiming for their 10th consecutive Champions Cup win, having tasted victory in 13 of the past 15 games in Europe. They also score an average of almost 45 points a match.

Scarlets, who have only won once this season, will need to have the game of their lives tonight.
