    Munster v Gloucester (17:30 GMT)

Ireland international Jack Crowley returns at fly-half for Munster after he missed the defeat at Bath with a leg injury.

Michael Ala'alatoa will make his first start for the club at prop, while captain Tadhg Beirne switches from the back row into the second row.

Gloucester are without backs Max Llewellyn and Will Joseph, who were both injured in the opening win against Castres.

They are boosted, however, by the returns of forwards Arthur Clark and Jack Clement - who will appear for the first time since the opening Prem match of the season in September - as well as prop Jamal Ford-Robinson.

    FT: Sharks 28-23 Saracens

So, a first win for Sharks to get their Champions Cup campaign up and running, with a bonus point at that.

Saracens head back home with a single bonus point for losing by fewer than seven points.

How crucial that will be remains to be seen but in a strong pool every point on the board feels like it will be important.

    Lost forward!

These wet condition have had an effect all game and crucially in added time it counts against Sarries as they spill the ball.

Ethan Hooker collects the loose ball and kicks it out and there's the final whistle.

Close but no cigar for Saracens in a pulsating contest that went this way and that throughout.

Nick Hatton is off and Saracens can go again with an extra man.

    Another line-out incoming.

If they execute they can level it up and have a kick to win it.

Line-out stolen - but then knocked on by the Sharks!

Saracens get another chance after losing their own line-out.

Scrum down just outside the Sharks 22.

We're into now or never time.

    Sharks 28-23 Saracens

Well defended by the Sharks and they earn themselves a line-out.

They come forward again - Saracens really need to get their hands on the ball and get some territory.

Penalty to Saracens for a tackle in the air.

This is the moment they need to strike.

They need a try, kicks won't do it now.

  10. Full-time: Clermont Auvergne 14-35 Sale Sharkspublished at 17:08 GMT 13 December 2025

Five tries in attack and a spirited defensive effort secure an emphatic victory for Sale at Clermont.

A great day for Alex Sanderson's side, who have bounced back brilliantly from their opening loss at home to Glasgow.

Sharks have penalty advantage as they attack near the halfway line.

It's kicked away again and Elliot Daly covers and his clearance hits a Sharks hand so Sarries will have the line-out.

A stroke of fortune - can they build on it though and claim the win here.

After a number of reset scrums get us nowhere the Sharks finally get clean ball and get some forward momentum through Jordan Hendrikse.

But they kick the ball away and Saracens can mark it and clear their lines through Gareth Simpson.

    Tom Willis

A huge nudge from Sarries as they are held up at first before a secondary push gets them over the line for a vital score.

First credited to winger Angus Hall - it seemed an odd try for him to have scored - it appears to be Tom Willis who got the ball down amid a mass of bodies on the ground.

Fergus Burke misses the conversion so the gap is five as we enter the closing stages.

We're in for a big finish as we're back to 15v15.

    Joe Bedlow (con: Du Preez)

Massive, massive moment! Sale are on the brink of victory now!

An awful pass by Clermont in midfield and Tom O'Flaherty reacts quickest to hack the ball downfield.

He chases, gets there first and although he is halted near the tryline, Joe Bedlow is there to support and touches down for a bonus-point try on his Champions Cup debut.

    Sharks 28-18 Saracens

Saracens may be down to 14 men but they are on the offensive and win a penalty and kick to the corner.

A try here would be a real bonus to say the least.

Alex Lozowksi is on, making his return from long-term injury, and he is more than capable of coming up with some magic.

    Clermont 14-23 Sale

Clermont are coming on strong in the closing stages.

Timeo Frier finds space on the right touchline and attempts a chip over the final Sale defender, but just overdoes it and he watches the ball dribble dead.

You feel Sale are going to face a blue barrage over the next 15 minutes - have they got enough left in the tank to hold on?

    Clermont 14-23 Sale

Take a bow, Arron Reed and Tom O'Flaherty.

You would have given good odds on Alivereti Raka barging his way over from about 10 metres out, but the Sale duo combine to send the big wing into touch.

Could be a massive moment as the clock ticks towards 65 minutes.

    Grant Williams (con: Whitehead)

Sharks immediately take advantage of the extra man.

A cracking line from Ethan Hooker gets the Sharks in behind and Sarries are scrambling as he offloads to Grant Williams who breaks a tackle to go under the posts.

That's the bonus point for the Sharks and they lead by 10.
