Let the tennis do the talking.

Sure, do it every now and then, he's an emotional guy.

But he's such a talented player, naturally gifted, smart at times, he's box office absolutely.

  2. Nadal holdspublished at 19:05 BST 4 July 2019

    *Kyrgios 3-6 6-3 6-7 (5-7) 1-1 Nadal

Rafa Nadal's serve is less explosive than Nick Kyrgios' but it is a foxy ferret of a tee-off.

Kyrgios is struggling to read it as it slides through the service box.

Both players have started with authoritative holds.

Murray has been greeted like a reformed band playing a one-off gig in homage to an iconic album.

Every big hit is greeted by raucous cheers, the bum notes being politely ignored.

  4. Kyrgios holdspublished at 19:03 BST 4 July 2019

    Kyrgios 3-6 6-3 6-7 (5-7) 1-0 *Nadal

Nick Kyrgios looks a little astonished at the curl and dip that Rafael Nadal manages to get on a forehand winner down the line for 15-15.

It was a jaw-dropper of a shot. But those are the sort of pyrotechnics that the Spaniard is having to produce to get a toe-hold in the Kyrgios service game

Three aces in this opening game of the fourth set deliver a landslide of points that Nadal cannot digs his way out from underneath.

  5. Postpublished at 19:02 BST 4 July 2019

    Copil/Humbert 2-2 *Herbert/Murray

Herbert goes 0-30 down, but serves an ace down the middle to claw back a point.

Murray crouches down by the net but it looks like Herbert instructs him to move further back. It doesn't work, though. Copil and Humbert have two break points.

Tennis-wise, Kyrgios is neck and neck now with Nadal.

But can he sustain that focus?

  7. Plenty of doubles offerings...published at 19:00 BST 4 July 2019

If you don't fancy watching Andy Murray but want to see a bit of British doubles action then you're in luck.

Elsewhere, you have the British duo of Dan Evans and Lloyd Glasspool facing Leonardo Mayer of Argentina and Joao Sousa of Portugal. It's been a busy day for Sousa as earlier on he eliminated 13th seed Marin Cilic in the singles.

There's another British pairing in the men's doubles with Andy's brother Jamie partnering up with Neal Skupski as they take on Croatia's Ivan Dodig and Filip Polasek of Slovakia.

Or if you want to see a women's match then Britain's Heather Watson and Luxembourg's Mandy Minella face the 16th seeded pairing of Raquel Atawo (USA) and Lyudmyla Kichenok (Ukraine)

  8. 'Kyrgios must refocus'published at 19:00 BST 4 July 2019

    *Kyrgios 3-6 6-3 6-7 (5-7) 0-0 Nadal

    Todd Woodbridge
Former Wimbledon doubles winner on BBC TV

Just as he refocused at the start of the second set, Nick Kyrgios needs to come back out and engage in the same way if he's going to have a chance in this match.

    Copil/Humbert 2-2 *Herbert/Murray

Murray hits a forehand into the net, then Herbert does. Two break points saved.

But the Frenchman gets it on the next one and he and Murray are back on track!

People are on their feet as Nadal takes that set on the tie-break. I think they have grown tired of Kyrgios' antics now and want the Spaniard to wrap this up.

Out on the concourses, when fans await to be let back in at a break in play, they are trying to sneak a peek in anyway then can, whether that's peering through barriers or pulling curtains back as far as they can without the stewards noticing.

    What a reaction that is.

If he's to defeat Rafael Nadal, Nick Kyrgios is going to have to go the distance on Centre Court.

    This is something else.

Judgement of Solomon. Nick Kyrgios allows a Nadal forehand to drift just, just long to save the second of three set points.

Here comes the final one. The first on the Nadal serve...

    Copil/Humbert* 2-1 Herbert/Murray

Murray drives a backhand long and that's a third break point.

Herbert puts in a superb return at Murray's feet and the Brit can't pick it up.

Perhaps not the dream Wimbledon return he was hoping for.
