Is there a hand in there? Is it offside? It looks like Jay Rodriguez might have handled. If he has touched it at all then Jack Cork is surely offside.

For some reason, Nick Pope is handed the ball for a free kick out. Saints are rightly a bit upset as they had possession before the stoppage.

Roberts gets checked over but is fine to carry on.

Burnley have a man down following the corner. The ref stops play as it appears to be a head injury, much to the away side's frustration. Connor Roberts is going to need some treatment.

Romain Perraud's diverted cross is dipping under the Burnley bar but Nick Pope tips it over.

Southampton don't look interested at all. There doesn't look to be a fight, any desire, anything to suggest they could get back in this game.

James Ward-Prowse's delivery is bang into the mixer and met by a Saints head but the effort lacks power and Burnley are able to hammer clear.

That's better. Saints drive forward and win a corner.

If Southampton don't up things here they are leaving with nothing. They've offered little since the break to suggest they can claw their way back into the game.

Burnley want it more.

Southampton have space down the right to craft something but their cross loops up off a Burnley boot and straight to Nick Pope.

When you're not getting much, you need to make more of what you do have.
