    Watford 1-3 West Ham

Mark Noble's penalty was his first Premier League goal since January 2020. It was also his 47th Premier League goal for West Ham, equalling Paolo Di Canio (47) in second place in the Hammers' leading PL goalscorers.

Only Michail Antonio (53) has scored more PL goals for West Ham.

    Southampton 1-1 Tottenham

Oh, almost a comedy own goal by Southampton!

A cross is slung into the box and out comes Fraser Forster to gather. He is favourite but spills it under pressure and then back-heels the ball into his own net.

I'm sad to see it ruled out for a foul by Matt Doherty. That was prime own goals and gaffes territory.

If I'm honest, I think the keeper has been given too much protection there. But that is a long-running debate.

    Crystal Palace 3-0 Norwich

This is an excellent save from Vicente Guaita.

Norwich work the ball well down the left and Przemyslaw Placheta - who appears to have shaken off that earlier problem - unleashes a powerful strike which the Palace goalkeeper does well to palm to safety.

    Southampton 1-1 Tottenham

Spurs are seeing plenty of the ball, as you'd expect with an extra man. But credit to the home side, who are doing a good job of frustrating the visitors.

    Crystal Palace 3-0 Norwich

Odsonne Edouard and Jean-Philippe Mateta link up well again, but the latter's header is straight at Angus Gunn.

A shame Kane's goal was disallowed? Nah. A shame he is playing at all after that unpunished horror foul on Andy Robertson. A shame too that Kane thought it was a good tackle! Seems if you're captain of England you're exempt from such bothersome things as the rules of the game.

    Dave, Dunblane

VAR is ridiculous. Kane's arm might've been offside but you can't score with your arm. If they aren't giving the benefit of the doubt to the attacking team for brilliant goals like that we are slowly seeing the game ruined.

    Watford 1-3 West Ham

Worrying moments for Watford. Well, more worrying. They've made three subs and now Joao Pedro is down holding his head.

Thankfully, the forward is going to be OK, for his team's sake and his own.

  8. Postpublished at 16:21 GMT 28 December 2021

    Crystal Palace 3-0 Norwich

Almost a fourth for Palace as Jeffrey Schlupp's low shot is saved by the legs of Angus Gunn, who also keeps out Jean-Philippe Mateta's follow-up effort.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 16:21 GMT 28 December 2021

    Southampton 1-1 Tottenham

Dele Alli is off, replaced by Lucas Moura. Alli nowhere near as effective here as he was in the 2-2 draw with Liverpool.

  10. Spurs taking grip...published at 16:20 GMT 28 December 2021

    Southampton 1-1 Tottenham

The one-man advantage Spurs have is starting to show through.

They saw just over 53% of the ball in the first half but since half-time that number is 71%.

If they keep their composure it's hard to see how Antonio Conte's side don't go on to win this game.

    Crystal Palace 3-0 Norwich

The last thing Norwich need right now is another injury.

Przemyslaw Placheta is down after colliding with team-mate Adam Idah. The winger is limping heavily but is OK to continue for now.

    Southampton 1-1 Tottenham

We've just been shown the lines for that VAR decision to disallow the second Harry Kane goal. It was tight. Like a tiger.

    Southampton 1-1 Tottenham

Spurs exerting some authority now. Son Heung-min sees an effort at the near post deflected wide.

  14. Postpublished at 16:17 GMT 28 December 2021

    Crystal Palace 3-0 Norwich

Przemyslaw Placheta tries to find space for the cross down the right but Tyrick Mitchell outmuscles the Norwich man near the byeline.

Pierre Lees-Melou's delivery is cleared behind by Joachim Anderson moments later. Good spell of pressure from Dean Smith's side.

    Chris Sutton
Former Premier League striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

David Moyes, the message he’s getting across, the confidence he’s built in the camp. I mean the players are doing a brilliant job but Moyes has to take absolute credit really.

West Ham fans, when he first got the job there and did a brilliant job keeping them in the Premier League, were underwhelmed but they ‘got it’ second time around and he is proving everyone wrong.

    Mark Noble

Mark Noble makes no mistake, rolling in his side's third goal.

There can be no complaints about that penalty. Bowen was just quicker to the ball and Bachmann clumsy trying to save the situation.

The Hammers in complete control now.

    Watford 1-2 West Ham

West Ham want a penalty here. Jarrod Bowen has been taken down by home keeper Daniel Bachmann. Looks a pen to me. The forward got there first.

Nothing given on the field. To VAR we go again...

    Crystal Palace 3-0 Norwich

Jeffrey Schlupp works his way to the byeline and floats in a dangerous ball towards the far post which Sam Byram does well to head behind for a Palace corner.

The hosts are beginning to find their groove again.
