  2. 'Pedigree' Rogic replaces Christiepublished at 14:09 BST 19 October 2019

    Celtic v Ross County (15:00)

Tom Rogic, the Australia international who has only made three appearances this season because of injury and Ryan Christie's good form, has replaced the suspended Scotland man in midfield behind striker Odsonne Edouard.

Celtic manager Neil Lennon said yesterday: "Tom is up to speed and he's a creative type, very similar. We all know about his pedigree.

"He's come back in great condition and he'd jump at the chance to play if selected. It's great having that luxury where you lose a high-quality player and you've got another high quality one to bring in."

  7. Fluke or not?published at 14:04 BST 19 October 2019

Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic and Edinburgh City progress

The Scottish Cup second round got under way live on BBC Scotland last night, leading to much debate about whether Jonny Stewart's opener for Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic was a miss-directed cross or a brilliant lob of the Buckie Thistle goalkeeper. Click thumbs up below for a stroke of genius, thumbs down for a fluke!

There was no question about the "moment of real quality" from George Hunter that secured a 2-0 win for the Lowland League leaders over their Highland League counterparts.

In Friday's other second-round tie, League Two side Edinburgh City defeated North Super League leaders Banks O'Dee 3-1.

  9. Unfamiliar look at the toppublished at 14:00 BST 19 October 2019

It's a bit of a novelty to be writing a weekend Premiership preview without describing Celtic as leaders.

But that's the case this week after the reigning champions slumped to defeat away to Livingston last time out.

Rangers now lead by two points after thumping Hamilton Academical, but Celtic will be favourites to return to the top, at least temporarily, as they host Ross County today while their city rivals are not in action away to Hearts until tomorrow.

Stay with us for coverage of the build-up to today's five Premiership games, followed by live commentary and post-match reaction. Not to forget news from today's games in the Championship, League One and Scottish Cup.
