  1. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:37 BST 9 April 2019

    Preston 0-0 Leeds

Proper old school reducer from Ben Davies, who clattered through Leeds striker Patrick Bamford like a runaway train.

The centre-half gets a booking, but the free-kick comes to nothing.

    Into added time.

  2. HALF-TIME: Swansea 2-1 Stokepublished at 20:35 BST 9 April 2019

Swansea were in control for most of that half but James McClean's strike means it's all to play for in the second half.

A stunning goal from Daniel James and a close-range finish from Mike van der Hoorn had put the Swans in charge.

  3. goal

GOAL: Swansea 2-1 Stokepublished at 20:35 BST 9 April 2019

    James McClean (45+3 mins)

Suddenly we have a game on our hands as, out of nothing, Stoke are back in it.

James McClean tries his luck 25 yards out with the last kick of the half, it bounces just in front of the keeper and goes in off the post.

  4. HALF-TIME: Bristol City 3-0 West Brompublished at 20:34 BST 9 April 2019

What a sensational start by Bristol City. Three goals in the space of 17 minutes were enough to put this game almost beyond doubt.

Josh Brownhill, Andreas Weimann and Jack Hunt got the goals, and Max O'Leary has been alert to deny Dwight Gayle at the other end when it looked as though a response was on the agenda.

  5. Postpublished at 20:34 BST 9 April 2019

    Preston 0-0 Leeds

Pablo Hernandez has, for me, looked the best player in the Championship on many occasions this season and he just started to ramp things up for Leeds.

He's had a couple of shots, each one increasing in venom and promise, but still Declan Rudd remains unbeaten.

Preston just starting to find themselves on the back foot.

Mark Davies: Every time Daniel James plays, the better he is, the higher his valuation and the likelihood of us keeping him next season diminishes.

Lewis John The Trout: I bet Nathan Jones wishes he had stayed at Luton Town now!

  9. Postpublished at 20:33 BST 9 April 2019

    Blackburn 0-0 Derby

One of the chances of the half comes in the closing stages for Rovers as Amari'i Bell makes a great run from full-back and hits a low shot that deflects just wide.

It was one of those where whether your Blackburn or Derby it's kind of going in slow motion until it's past the post.

  10. Postpublished at 20:32 BST 9 April 2019

    Bristol City 3-0 West Brom

Nathan Baker leaps to head toward goal as Bristol City again threaten to make it four, but his effort from a fine Adam Webster delivery is saved by Sam Johnstone.

Two minutes of added time and it's been sensational from City.

  11. goal

GOAL: Bolton 0-2 Middlesbroughpublished at 20:30 BST 9 April 2019

    Ashley Fletcher (28 mins)

Lovely finish from Ashley Fletcher for his second, curling the ball beyond Remi Matthews after he was teed up on the left of the box by a driving Mo Besic.

Middlesbrough in control now. Bolton's fate looks bleak.

Steven Fletcher goes close for Wednesday! A trademark run towards the near post and his header is sweet enough, but goes fractionally over the crossbar.

There have certainly been enough chances to break the deadlock here.

  13. Postpublished at 20:29 BST 9 April 2019

    Bolton 0-1 Middlesbrough

Given all the off-the-field strife at Bolton, their players are doing the fans proud in terms of effort.

They're plugging away, but perhaps just lacking a little bit of cutting edge when they get to the Boro box.

Boro are playing in flashes, Britt Assombalonga looks up for it but Wanderers keep doing enough to quell the threat.

  14. Frustration for Solpublished at 20:27 BST 9 April 2019

A quick update for you from Moss Rose.

There have just been three goals in six minutes - it's now Macclesfield 1-2 Exeter with the visitors retaking the leading moments after Sol Campbell's League Two strugglers equalised.

Victory tonight and Macc are out of the bottom two.

  15. goal

GOAL: Swansea 2-0 Stokepublished at 20:26 BST 9 April 2019

Mike van der Hoorn (40 mins)

Stoke had kept six successive clean sheets tonight, but they're proving no match for Swansea so far.

The Potters can only clear a free-kick as far as Wayne Routledge, who drives the ball back into the danger area and Mike van der Hoorn touches in his third of the season.

  16. Postpublished at 20:24 BST 9 April 2019

    Preston 0-0 Leeds

It looks like Leeds are starting to impose themselves but the Preston goal remains unbreached.

Mateusz Klich shot wide a moment ago, not many shots on target tonight though.

    Bristol City 3-0 West Brom

Niclas Eliasson has had a couple of pops at goal tonight as Bristol City go in search of a fourth. That one scraped over.

Meanwhile, at the other end Kyle Edwards' free-kick is tipped over by Robins goalkeeper Max O'Leary...

...who then had to be at his best to deny Dwight Gayle. Wonderful reflex save.

How are you bearing up at the business end of the season?

Suzanne Phillips: Every game feels like a cup final. It's unbearable!

Bonmahon Beach: Following a team like Millwall. I need therapy every week. Than again I may just need therapy.

  19. Postpublished at 20:20 BST 9 April 2019

    Sheff Wed 0-0 Nottm Forest

A great chance for either side at Hillsborough.

First, Forest keeper Jason Steele saves brilliantly down low to his right after a sweetly hit Marco Matias half volley following a corner, then Kieren Westwood makes himself HUGE in the Wednesday goal to deny Joe Lolley from inside the six-yard box.

End to end stuff after 15 minutes of nothing.

  20. goal

    Ashley Fletcher (15 mins)

When you're down, things do seem to go against you and that was the case for Bolton there.

Middlesbrough made inroads on the edge of the box, but the pass through was going nowhere...

...until it deflected straight into the path of Ashley Fletcher who could scarely believe his fortune, and slotted past an exposed Remi Matthews.

Boro, down on their luck form-wise, got the luck there.
