  1. A third booking at Ibroxpublished at 20:25 GMT 12 March 2019

    Rangers 0-1 Aberdeen

The Rangers fans are furious as Stevie May catches Connor Goldson with a late tackle in the home box.

Goldson took a heavy touch with May bearing down on him, the Aberdeen striker lunged to try and block the clearance, but his trailing leg connects with Goldson.

May's name is the third taken by referee Kevin Clancy.

  2. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:24 GMT 12 March 2019

    Rangers 0-1 Aberdeen

This time, Morelos gets the decision from Clancy as he hares towards the Aberdeen box and goes down under Scott McKenna's tackle.

McKenna is booked but Borna Barisic's free-kick is held by Lewis at the second attempt.

Moments later, former Aberdeen captain Ryan Jack collects a ricocheted corner deep in the Dons box, but his low right-foot shot strikes the base of the post and bounces clear.

That's as close as Rangers have come to levelling.

    Sean Clare

Sean Clare fires home from 12 yards and the Premiership hosts are in front. Clare makes no mistake from the spot after a Partick defensive mix-up gifted the penalty. Steven Saunders left a through ball for Conor Hazard but Jambos forward Jake Mulraney nipped in ahead of the keeper who took him down just inside the box.

  4. PENALTYpublished at 20:23 GMT 12 March 2019

    Hearts 1-1 Partick Thistle

Hearts have a penalty! Jake Mulraney is brought down by Conor Hazard. Huge chance for the hosts to go ahead.

  5. Morelos booked for divingpublished at 20:21 GMT 12 March 2019

    Rangers 0-1 Aberdeen

Just as he was in the Pittodrie match, Alfredo Morelos has been booked for diving in the Aberdeen box.

The Colombian spun away from Andy Considine and hit the deck - the Rangers fans howl for a penalty but their striker is shown yellow for simulation. The replays suggest that was a harsh call from Kevin Clancy, with Considine's arm around the shoulder and neck of Morelos.

That yellow card means Morelos will miss the semi-final if Rangers get there.

  6. CLOSE!published at 20:19 GMT 12 March 2019

    Rangers 0-1 Aberdeen

Oh, what a chance for Rangers and it's Daniel Candeias - of all people - who fluffs his lines.

Scott Arfield robs the ball from Aberdeen around halfway and slides Candeias clear up the right.

He's got two men in the middle but his cross is hopeless and flies out for a goal kick.

    A huge missed opportunity.

  7. Rangers yet to worry Lewispublished at 20:17 GMT 12 March 2019

    Rangers 0-1 Aberdeen

It's been all Rangers since the McGinn goal. They've had all the possession, much of it around the Aberdeen box, but Gerrard's men haven't carved out a clear-cut chance or worked Joe Lewis in the away goal.

There's some frustration in the home ranks too, as Daniel Candeias picks up a yellow card for dissent.

    Keith Watson

Fans of Dundee United and Ayr United, look away now. Keith Watson doubles County's lead in what is a blistering start for the Dingwall club.

The goal comes just a few minutes after Brian Graham's opener. There's already a long way back for Falkirk, and that's not a reference to the four-hour trip back down the road. Hang about, there's more of these gags to come...

    Uche Ikpeazu

Hearts are level through their giant striker. Uche Ikpeazu - who else? - to the rescue for Hearts. He collects a pass from Ben Garuccio just inside the area, holds off Steven Anderson and gets the ball on to his right foot to send a trundling 16-yard finish past Conor Hazard's despairing dive at the near post.

  10. Tavernier delivery disappointspublished at 20:10 GMT 12 March 2019

    Rangers 0-1 Aberdeen

A good set-piece opportunity for Rangers as Considine brings down Morelos near the left angle of the box.

James Tavernier whips it in right-footed but it's far too close to Joe Lewis - easy pickings for the big goalkeeper; disappointing for the hosts.

  11. Relentless Rangers pressurepublished at 20:08 GMT 12 March 2019

    Rangers 0-1 Aberdeen

Aberdeen can't get out. Rangers are pummelling them, an array of deliveries, shots and headers peppering the away box.

The Dons are trying to play out when they do win the ball, but keep giving it away deep in their own half.

The Ibrox crowd are growing frustrated as Rangers fail to turn their immense pressure into an equaliser.

  12. McGinn pouncespublished at 20:06 GMT 12 March 2019

    Rangers 0-1 Aberdeen

Here's a look at Niall McGinn's cool finish to score the goal that currently separates the teams after just three minutes.

He pounced on a poor Glen Kamara pass to canter into the box and fire low beyond Allan McGregor.

Superb play from Craig Slater out wide who bamboozles Sean Clare and hangs the ball up to the back post. Steven Saunders meets it with a header that Bobby Zlamal can only parry straight to McDonald two yards out.

  15. Ibrox rises as Rangers growpublished at 20:03 GMT 12 March 2019

    Rangers 0-1 Aberdeen

The atmosphere at Ibrox is ratcheted up as Rangers hem Aberdeen deep in their own half.

Morelos gets a sniff six yards out but has the ball nicked off his toes by Andy Considine as he cocks his leg to shoot.

The Colombian embarks on a barreling run up the left but his square ball is blocked.

    Better from Steven Gerrard's hosts.

  16. Jags hit back after strong Hearts openingpublished at 20:01 GMT 12 March 2019

    Hearts 0-0 Partick Thistle

Partick are starting to get a foothold in the game in Gorgie. A well-worked move ends with a delivery from the right flank for Scott McDonald who gets a header away but it doesn't trouble Bobby Zlamal in the Hearts goal.

It's an early point to go down at home but there's plenty time. The fear I had for Rangers players tonight is that expectation, the pressure of how big this game is. They just need to relax a little.

Great credit to McInnes to give 17-year-old Campbell and others such as Connor McLennan a start - it's a very young Aberdeen side tonight and so far it's going well.

  20. Campbell makes crucial blockpublished at 19:58 GMT 12 March 2019

    Rangers 0-1 Aberdeen

Rangers go on a forward foray and Alfredo Morelos gets his first chance to rumble downfield.

The striker slides a through-ball between Dom Ball and Scott McKenna for Ryan Kent to speed after, but he's brilliant eased aside by Ball.

Moments later, Rangers break up the right with Daniel Candeias, his cross eventually finds Scott Arfield, whose blasted effort is well blocked and Aberdeen win a foul.

It looks like a cracking intervention from young Dean Campbell on his first Dons start.
