This is a test for Pochettino. "What do I need to do to change this game and shake things up?"

This is where managers earn their corn.

Dr Joker: British managers should go abroad to Germany and Spain, to learn the craft of attacking football, I can't stand ultra-defensive football.

Harry Kane shoots from about 40 yards, out of desperation more than anything. It's into the second tier.

This is pretty dull if we're being honest. West Ham have a back 10 and Spurs have no answer yet.

It's an interesting debate. Every point counts when you're at the foot of the table. And West Ham, despite not having a shot in the opening 50 minutes, are still in the game...

Mable (20.47) there is a difference between great defending and killing a game. Which is what West Ham are doing very effectively. Diving, time wasting, 11 men behind the ball. Awful simply awful. You are suppose to be a premiership team for crying out loud.

    Kier, Surrey

Fair play to West Ham, they can play whatever way they want and the impetus is on us to break them down. But this is why Spurs fans don’t consider this a proper rivalry. What does it say about “the West Ham way” when your team approaches what is supposedly their biggest derby at Wembley stadium by playing nine men in defence?

Spurs' two wing-backs both look very defensive minded. Ben Davies is one of four defenders who is marking one centre forward when Serge Aurier has the ball on the other side. Compare that to Marcos Alonso at Chelsea.

It's no wonder they're struggling to break West Ham down.

Mark Noble with an excellent tracking run and sliding tackle to stop Moussa Sissoko from getting in an early cross. The pattern is set, attack v defence. Something needs to change from Spurs if they want to break this claret wall down.

Situation crying out for a swap Carroll for Hernandez. West Ham then have an outlet to hit Spurs on the break.

This season there have been far too many games like this, there has to be some responsibility to entertain otherwise what's the point, it can't always all be about the money.....

You know you’re doing something right when all of the ‘park the bus’ comments come out in response to your team’s inability to break down the opposition at home. Says a lot about the modern fan when outstanding defensive performances aren’t appreciated.

    Steve Claridge

If David Moyes went to bed last night dreaming about how the game would go, this is what he'd have imagined. Spurs have to do a little bit more. Someone has to make a run and get into the box. It's all a bit one-paced and predictable.

The game has gone exactly how West Ham have wanted it to. They'll keep going and running until they concede, if they concede. This is a free hit for West Ham really.

Almost! Christian Eriksen swaps passes with Dele Alli, the Dane shoots from 20 yards, it takes a whacking great deflection off the heels of a Hammer and it's flying high into the net before Adrian gets a tip on it.

    Good save!
