Everton are definitely quicker to press the Spurs midfield this half. The out ball from the hosts defence is still lacking a bit of accuracy, though.

Looks like that warning Mauricio Pochettino gave to his Spurs players about their futures recently is having an effect. "Nobody is sure that they are staying at the club," he said. Good man-management.

Kevin Mirallas is played in behind the Tottenham defence towards the left-hand side of the penalty area, he dribbles around Spurs keeper Hugo Lloris, and tries to cross into an empty net but it's just over. Decent effort. He's been Everton's liveliest players so far.

Great through-ball by Christian Eriksen towards Harry Kane, which is cut out, but Tottenham are swarming all over Everton in midfield. Romelu Lukaku appearing isolated so far. Stoke 4-0 up against Liverpool now.
In the race for the Europa League spots, or fifth, Liverpool are getting beaten 3-0 by Stoke. Advantage Spurs for now.
