I think they've got him!
England think they've got Marnus Labuschagne run out here.
It looks good to me...
If you've been travelling back from work, or cooking the tea, here are the wickets that have fallen so far...
Chris Woakes traps Australia captain Aaron Finch lbw for 12

England bowler on Test Match Special
Mark Wood is bowling like a man who knows it is the last game of the summer. He's giving it absolutely everything.
Target 303
If Australia are going to get anywhere near this target Marnus Labuschagne is going to have to bat deep.
He was almost back in the shed with four of his colleagues as a Mark Wood slower ball deceives him and a thick inside edge just evades the stumps and goes down to fine leg. Adil Rashid, running round, does superbly to flick it in and restrict Australia to a couple.
Wood hasn't fallen over in his follow-through *I don't think* today. That's an improvement.

Old Trafford DJ playing Love Will Tear Us Apart after Joe Root's last over. Lovely touch.

Toby Wood: It’s possible that Joe Root could get man of the match having been out first ball.

Target 303
Joe Root continues and Alex Carey looks much more comfortable against the spin rather than the blistering pace of Mark Wood at the other end.
He plays a delightful sweep for four as Australia take seven from the over. Root has figures of 2-15 from three overs, though.
Time for drinks - think it's fair to say England have won the first part of this chase.
Here's how Joe Root got David Warner out.
You'll be able to watch this clip for the next seven days - so I'd suggest setting an alarm every hour between now and then and watching it again.
Target 303
We've just seen a replay of Joe Root blowing on his fingers, as if they were on fire, during that last celebration. That is rubbing salt in the Aussies' wound and quite frankly you love to see it.
Mark Wood is bowling rapid. Twice he hits 95mph in that over and all Alex Carey can do it defend and leave.
The required rate is up at 6.86 now.

Ashic: Root was under pressure for getting out first ball, so he's just come on and taken two major wickets. Somebody was saying something about his place in the team?
Adam's right. There was plenty of laughter among the England fielders when Mitchell Marsh was dismissed then. Eoin Morgan, in particular, was enjoying it.
I've just seen a replay and Marsh, initially, starts to shuffle back into his crease when the ball loops up into the air to make sure he doesn't get stumped. It doesn't really matter when you've hit it, Mitch.

This is a masterstroke by Eoin Morgan to bring his part-time off-spinner into the attack. He's almost chuckling to himself out there.
Marsh c Buttler b Root 2 (Aus 55-4)
Joe Root has a second and Mitchell Marsh still can't play spin.
Justin Langer is going to be spitting feathers in the changing room. Bins are going to be getting kicked. Bottles are going to be thrown and tablets potentially smashed.
It's a tentative half-prod forward by Marsh and an inside edge, rolls up his pad, and loops up for an easy catch for Jos Buttler.
It was that easy, I'd have caught it.

Ruth Jones: Warner bowled by Root! It really doesn't get better than that. Can't stop laughing.
Target 303
Good, tight over from Mark Wood with just a single coming off it. The required run rate is edging up all the time - it's at 6.60 now.
Mitchell Marsh had to change his bat in that over too. Poor Andrew Tye had to run them out. He's come all this way and not played a game. He'll be one of the players on that charter flight to UAE for the IPL tomorrow. He'll be playing alongside Steve Smith, Ben Stokes, Jofra Archer and Jos Buttler at the Rajasthan Royals.

The positive for David Warner is that he didn't get out to Jofra Archer. Although I'm not sure getting out to Joe Root's part-time offies is that much of an improvement...

This is going to be difficult for Australia now. It's all down to Labuschagne to steady the ship.
Target 303
Mitchell Marsh keeps out the final delivery of Joe Root's over.
I wonder how soon we'll see Adil Rashid now? Mitchell Marsh has looked much more confident against pace in this series so I imagine Eoin Morgan may turn to his leggie pretty soon.
