Women's 20km race walk
We're under way in the women's race walk, in baking conditions on the Gold Coast. And it's only 09:15 am in Australia.
This will be a challenging hour and a half for these athletes.
There are three Aussies in the top four fastest athletes in this field. We could see a home one, two, three unless Gemma Bridge, Bethan Davies or Erika Kelly can get involved.
You can watch this one live here.
Bowls
Scotland have made a strong start in their men's triples semi-final against Norfolk Island. The winner in this one will be the highest-scoring team after 18 ends. Scotland are 3-0 up after two ends.
Norfolk Island by the way is a Australian territory, 1,400km off the Aussie coast. There is apparently just one bowls club on the island and they haven't won a Commonwealth medal in any sport since 1994.
You can watch the bowls here.
Swimming
After winning gold in the 100m breaststroke yesterday, Adam Peaty is back in the pool today in the 50m breaststroke heats.
The swimming starts at 01:31 and Peaty's heat is at 01:54.

Fi: Having watched quite a lot of Gymnastics I now perform a full, both arms raised, gymnastic dismount every time I get off the sofa.
Ha! I like it. I think I might walk home like Tom Bosworth in the race walk later on.
Men's 20km race walk
It may have just turned midnight but England already have a silver medal in the bag on day four.
Tom Bosworth set a new British record in his second place finish. Congrats!
Go, go, go. Switch over to BBC One now for coverage of day four of the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast.
Having a late night? Here's what coming up in the next hour if you're done with Match of the Day and need your next sporting fix.
I highly recommend setting your alarm for the weightlifting. It's my new favourite sport!
00:00 - Lawn Bowls. Men's triple semi-finals featuring Scotland v Norfolk Islands.
00:15 - Athletics. Women's 20km race walk
00:30 - Hockey. England women v India women pool match

Can the home nations grab a third medal in this highly-entertaining sport?

There'll be more streams available throughout the night so I'll keep you posted on that.
Women's 20km race walk
Our second event of the night is the women's 20km race walk.
The action kicks off at 00:15 BST and lasts about an hour and a half if you fancy staying up.
England's Tom Bosworth secured silver in the men's event and the home nations have three competitors in the women's event.
Gemma Bridge goes for England, Bethan Davies for Wales and Erika Kelly for the Isle of Man.
Our BBC TV coverage will go live on BBC One in 10 minutes time. Athletics, hockey and lawn bowls are the main events over the next hour or so.
So that's one event down. Here's what's coming up over the next few hours.
Men's 20km race walk
Tom Bosworth's time was one hour 19 minutes 38 seconds - a personal best and British record.
Not bad for an early morning walk on the Gold Coast.
Men's 20km race walk
21-year-old Englishman Callum Wilkinson crosses the line in seventh place. He gets a big hug from Bosworth. That's not a bad start to the athletics programme for Team England. It's also medal number 33 overall for England.
Men's 20km race walk
A fine, fine effort from England's Tom Bosworth. He crosses the line four seconds behind the Australian but it's a new British record.
The pair embrace on the line.
Kenya's Samuel Ireri Gathimba takes bronze.
Men's 20km race walk
A late surge sees Australia Dane Bird-Smith clinch it!
Men's 20km race walk
Now Bird-Smith pulls clear in the final stages. It looks like it'll be silver for Tom Bosworth...
Men's 20km race walk
The Aussie fans bang their hands on the boards that run along the side of the roads. 500m to go. England's Bosworth and Australia's Bird-Smith side-by-side.
Bosworth is shown a red card! More drama. You're allowed two of those remember and a third means a disqualification.
Bosworth marginally ahead.

Careful! Dane Bird-Smith clips Tom Bosworth's heels, a complete accident I am sure. That was a real heart in mouth moment. England's Bosworth stays on his feet and steadies himself. It looks like it'll be between Bosworth and Dane-Smith for gold. It's a real scrap. Into the last lap they go...
Men's 20km race walk
Side by side England's Tom Bosworth, Australian Dane Bird-Smith and Kenya's Samuel Ireri Gathimba head down the Gold Coast sea front. The roadsides are packed for this one. There are plenty of Aussie flags waving but Tom Bosworth surges to the front. Is this his charge for home? 1500m left.
