    You do seize up if you're sat around for 15-20 minutes.

    Shiho Kuwaki has been sat around for a little while. The temperature has dropped a little.

    As Esther stood over that putt, there was just something in her face that just looked she was going to make it.

    It was obvuiously an outside chance but she just looked like she was enjoying the moment.

    Her reaction, fist pumps and arms in the air, was great to watch.

    I am enjoying the fact the reaction of Esther Henseleit's caddie Reece Phillips absolutely mirrors hers.

    The two have been working together since 2021 and are engaged to be married.

    A cool $1.5m to bolster the wedding fund if Henseleit can come through this play-off.

    She's now going through some stretching exercises to get herself ready for the play-off.

    I'll quote the rules for you...

    In the event of a tie for first place, a hole-by-hole play-off will be played over the 18th hole and repeated until a winner emerges.

    Esther Henseleit takes a long look at her putt as the members at Royal Lytham & St Annes gather on the balcony of the red brick Victorian clubhouse to glimpse a view.

    Incredibly, Henseleit drains an absolute monster to go five under and force a play-off!

    Henseleit races her right arm and punches the air in celebration.

    Esther Henseleit is 128 yards from the hole and opts for a pitching wedge.

    She lands quite a bit further away from the flag, though.

    Shiho Kuwaki has fingers locked together as she continues to watch on from inside the clubhouse.

    Yealimi Noh has a pretty decent lie in the rough 145 yards from the pin.

    The American directs the stewards to move spectators back a bit further so she can get a clear view of the green.

    Noh's seven iron lands on the green about 30 feet from the hole.

    She grimaces but has a glimmer of a birdie.

    If Esther Henseleit finishes in solo second, she will move into second in European points list for the Solheim Cup, knocking Chiara Tamberlini out.

    Henseleit is already in the team on world ranking but the points bump would leave the Swiss player Tamberlini reliant on captain Anna Nordqvist selecting her as a wildcard when she announces her team tomorrow..

    So it's not only Shiho Kuwaki watching on nervously.

    She is sat bolt upright in a luxurious light brown leather chair in the clubhouse at Royal Lytham & St Annes watching the action unfold.

    Yealimi Noh and Esther Henseleit both at the tee box at the par-four 18th.

    There's a light crosswind of about 10mph.

    Noh has her hands on her hips after finding the rough to the right. Henseleit manages to miss the bunker on the left of the fairway and is some scorched rough.

    Neither player has managed a birdie on the last so far in the tournament.
