    Josh Gordon put the Bluebirds ahead from the spot after he was brought down by Fleetwood goalkeeper Jay Lynch before Niall Canavan's header at the back post from a corner doubled their advantage.

    New boss Dino Maamria is on course for two wins from his first three games.

    Barrow had won just one of their previous 16 matches before Maamria took over.
