Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca's celebrations took him on to the field after that equaliser. What a contrast to his dark mood in that first half.

Newcastle assistant Jason Tindall attempts to lift the hosts by raising his hands up and down on the touchline. Looks like Yoane Wissa, Harvey Barnes and Anthony Elanga are all coming on.

But having previously been ahead against Arsenal and Spurs, Newcastle have thrown away another lead against another member of the established order.

Stunning naivety from Newcastle there. They throw everyone forward, you don't need to do that at this point in the game. Joao Pedro was never going to miss that.

Brilliantly executed. He does really, really well, Pedro, because he keeps it open, he keeps it in play.

The slip does for Newcastle but don't take anything away from the centre forward.

Wonderful finish. It's a far better goal than I first initially thought.

    Joao Pedro

    Chelsea have completed the comeback!

It is route one stuff from Chelsea as the ball is pumped forward by Robert Sanchez, Joao Pedro heads the ball beyond Malick Thiaw and then charges towards goal before finishing coolly.

Newcastle fans rightly will have loved the first half performance but Chelsea have been a different side this half.

The penalty decision is now looking an even more important talking point...

As a Chelsea fan, that feels very consistent based on how we've been treated by refs this season. Also, it's Anthony Gordon who has built himself a reputation for a slight breeze knocking him over.
