  1. 'Howe would take being one down at half-time'published at 20:47 GMT 28 January

    PSG 1-0 Newcastle

    Chris Sutton
Former Premier League striker on BBC Radio 5 Live at Parc des Princes

You have to say, Newcastle haven't offered anything in an attacking sense but if you offered Eddie Howe to go in at half-time 1-0 down then he'd probably have taken that.

  2. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:47 GMT 28 January

    Man City 2-0 Galatasaray

Manchester City started the day outside the automatic top-eight places. They now sit sixth after a one-sided first half.

  3. Chelsea were in control but defending has let them downpublished at 20:47 GMT 28 January

    Napoli 2-1 Chelsea

    Nizaar Kinsella
    BBC Sport Chelsea reporter

Rasmus Hojlund had never scored against Chelsea before today. Napoli were the last team yet to score a goal from open play in the Champions League until now — they have two this evening.

Questions will have to be asked of Chelsea’s defending in the last 10 minutes, as the rest of their play has been good.

Reminder: Reece James is playing as a makeshift centre-back, with four natural options on the bench.

  4. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:47 GMT 28 January

    Napoli 2-1 Chelsea

A booking for Moises Caicedo but it looks to me like he wins the ball.

  5. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:47 GMT 28 January

    Eintracht Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham

    Goalless at the break.

Both sides hit the woodwork, while Tottenham also had a goal disallowed.

  7. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:46 GMT 28 January

    Eintracht Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham

    Big let off for Tottenham!

Hugo Larsson is onto a ball over the top and breaks clear of the defence before thumping a shot that has Guglielmo Vicario beaten but strikes the crossbar.

  8. 'Hojlund is sharper, quicker and brighter'published at 20:46 GMT 28 January

    Napoli 2-1 Chelsea

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona

Another well worked goal from Napoli and a wonderful finish from Hojlund as the ball came across to him. Again, Chelsea find themselves too stretched, this back four/back five is not working. Hojlund is sharper, quicker and brighter at the front post and gets the finish inside the frame of the goal.

  9. CLOSE!published at 20:45 GMT 28 January

    Napoli 2-1 Chelsea

    How has he missed?!

Joao Pedro looks for an instant response but heads over from about six yards. He just couldn't get over it.

    Arsenal 3-1 Kairat

Gabriel Martinelli has scored Champions League goals against Athletic Club, Olympiakos, Atletico Madrid, Bayern Munich, Club Brugge and Kairat this season.

Only Thierry Henry (7 in 2001-02 & 7 in 2002-03) has scored more goals in a single campaign in the competition for Arsenal than Martinelli.

    Pafos 1-1 Slavia Prague

Getting into a playoff spot looked difficult for Pafos given how things are going elsewhere, but it's now even harder.

Slavia Prague's Stepan Chaloupek has equalised in Cyprus.

  12. 'That second goal was coming'published at 20:45 GMT 28 January

    Napoli 2-1 Chelsea

    Nedum Onuoha
Former Manchester City defender on MOTD: UEFA Champions League

It's such a well-timed run from Hojlund but that second goal was coming for Napoli. Chelsea have been so open at the back.

You can hear more from Onuoha on MOTD: Uefa Champions League at 22:40 GMT on BBC One and the BBC Sport website and app.

    Rasmus Hojlund (43 mins)

    Scenes!

Napoli have turned this game on its head and it's Rasmus Hojlund who wheels away in celebration.

His movement is too good for Wesley Fofana and he whips the low cross past Robert Sanchez.

    Eintracht Frankfurt 0-0 Tottenham

It is tense stuff as this remains goalless, with scorelines elsewhere having dropped Tottenham out of the top eight and then put them back in. Only a win guarantees their place in the knockouts.

  15. Postpublished at 20:42 GMT 28 January

    Liverpool 2-0 Qarabag

Hugo Ekitike drifts wide left again and receives the ball. He comes inside and looks to bend one into the far corner but it's flicked behind for a corner.

  16. 'No surprise Napoli are on top'published at 20:42 GMT 28 January

    Napoli 1-1 Chelsea

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Live at Stadio Diego Armando Maradona

Every time Napoli pick the ball up there are spaces to run into, they always look to play forward and break the lines. Chelsea are moving it backwards and forwards and they are not deciding to go cut throat. It's no surprise Napoli are on top.

  17. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:42 GMT 28 January

    Man City 2-0 Galatasaray

It's been a near-perfect first half for Manchester City.

The one negative happened a few moments ago.

Jeremy Doku, who assisted both goals, went down with an injury and was unable to carry on. He has been replaced by Phil Foden.

  18. Postpublished at 20:41 GMT 28 January

    Benfica 1-1 Real Madrid

Jose Mourinho's Benfica are level with Real Madrid as Andreas Schjelderup heads the ball through the legs of Thibaut Courtois.

Real Madrid are still in the top eight, but drop from third to fifth with that equaliser.

Benfica are still out as things stand.
