Right, the time for talk is over... it's time for action.

  19. Hellball has arrivedpublished at 14:59 GMT 31 January

    Middlesbrough v Norwich (15:00 GMT)

    Andy Sixsmith
BBC Final Score at the Riverside

Hellball really has arrived on Teesside hasn’t it?

Eight wins in 12 - and there were a few Middlesbrough fans who celebrated Norwich’s win over promotion rivals Coventry on Monday night - only to realise it was the Canaries they’d be playing next.

Philippe Clement has Norwich transformed - and their supporters arrive on Teesside plotting a second win over the top two in five days. What a sickener that would be for Kim Hellberg in a week where he celebrates his birthday and finally has his family moved over from Sweden.

Will Family Hellberg be seeing Premier League promotion come May?

  20. QPR looking to exorcise some demonspublished at 14:58 GMT 31 January

    QPR v Coventry (15:00 GMT)

QPR looking to show mental resolve and exorcise some demons after their 7-1 thumping to Coventry earlier in the campaign host the League leaders in West London.

There is a much welcome late cameo of January sunshine as the players arrive and get settled.

This should be more of a battle than August’s encounter.

If Coventry lose and Middlesborough win, their title rivals will be level on points. That would be a psychological knockout blow to round off a tough month for Frank Lampard’s squad.
