    Cool as you like.

He won the penalty and he scores the penalty.

Manchester United are not holding the ball up long enough to bring their midfield into play.

This is not just aimed at Joshua Zirkzee, although he is a culprit, but Bryan Mbeumo is also guilty and Mason Mount is dropping deep.

When United try to mount pressure, Palace defenders close on them and take the ball away.

I love JP Mateta but he does have a touch of Darwin Nunez in his finishing.

How many chances do Palace want before they score?

Yeremy Pino is presented with the latest opportunity to break the deadlock but his goal-bound attempt is blocked by Leny Yoro.

To be fair, that was actually very good defending by Yoro.

  9. CLOSE!published at 24 mins

A lightning Palace attack has United backtracking.

Adam Wharton drives forward before passing to Ismaïla Sarr who tees-up Daichi Kamada.

His attempt forces a save from Senne Lammens.

Lots of careless passing by both teams but it's adding to the entertainment.

Ten attempts - three on target - so far.

And both sides will feel they should be ahead.

Crystal Palace boss Olivier Glasner spoke about small details making a difference in his programme notes and that was one such instance.

Matthijs de Ligt had control of that Dean Henderson long ball downfield but his header bounced into Leny Yoro and the deflection left Jean-Philippe Mateta running free.

United were lucky Matata dragged his shot wide. That was the best chance so far.

A silly booking for Bryan Mbeumo, who is shown a yellow card by referee Robert Jones for showing his frustration after a throw-in goes against him.

    I can't keep up!

Another massive chance for Crystal Palace but Jean-Philippe Mateta can't get it on target with only Senne Lammens to beat.

That came abut after Mateta had done well to hold off Leny Yoro.

Back to that headed chance for Casemiro...

No player has created more chances from set plays in the Premier League this season than Bruno Fernandes (12, level with Sean Longstaff).

You can see and hear Wharton concentrate on that. A great strike, crazy thing to say is that he probably would have been better mishitting it a little.
