  1. 'Special goal'published at 20:28 GMT 10 December 2025

    Club Brugge 0-1 Arsenal

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on TNT Sports

That is a special, special goal. The power he generates in that shot is remarkable. There isn't a keeper on the planet who's stopping that.

  2. Postpublished at 20:28 GMT 10 December 2025

    Real Madrid 0-0 Man City

Erling Haaland has touched the ball twice so far.

We know he doesn't need many to make something stick, but City are struggling to get the service to him at the moment.

  3. Postpublished at 20:26 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bayer Leverkusen 1-0 Newcastle

Patrik Schick is back on the pitch but he's not moving as freely as he'd like. Looks like he's got a bit of blood on his Achilles.

    Ouch.

  4. Deepdale to the Bernabeupublished at 20:26 GMT 10 December 2025

    Real Madrid 0-0 Man City

    Shamoon Hafez
Football news reporter at the Bernabeu

Alvaro Carreras is the starting left-back for Real Madrid tonight.

The player once had a loan spell at Preston North End in the Championship, so this is a bit different from his Deepdale days.

Deemed not good enough by Erik ten Hag, he was sold to Benfica before sealing a dream move to Madrid in the summer.

Crazy how careers pan out for some players.

    Noni Madueke

A special goal from a special player!

It's a goal fit for the Champions League final as Noni Madueke receives the ball out wide midway inside the Club Brugge half.

He cuts in and avoids one challenge and then another, and then 25 yards out...BANG!

    A wonderful finish.

    Club Brugge 0-0 Arsenal

Lewis-Skelly again giving the ball away, something that they did often against Aston Villa. It's something you can't do, especially against a team like Club Brugge that offer pace.

  7. Postpublished at 20:26 GMT 10 December 2025

Myles Lewis-Skelly gives the ball away and Club Brugges are driving at full speed towards the Arsenal box.

Unbelievable decision not to be a red card there. Thiaw throws him down and he’s clearly through…

  9. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:24 GMT 10 December 2025

    Club Brugge 0-0 Arsenal

Arsenal are enjoying another decent spell of possession and hit the post through Piero Hincapie's first-time attempt after the ball falls into his path following a wayward attempt by Myles Lewis-Skelly.

Then Viktor Gyokeres goes up for a cross and it flashes behind for a goal kick. Replays show that should have been an Arsenal corner.

  10. Postpublished at 20:24 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bayer Leverkusen 1-0 Newcastle

Alejandro Grimaldo, who has a wand of a left foot, steps up and hits the free-kick but it's always going over the top.

  11. NO PENALTYpublished at 20:23 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bayer Leverkusen 1-0 Newcastle

It turns out Malick Thiaw's challenge was about six inches out of the box.

A real let-off for Newcastle as the penalty is downgraded to a free-kick.

  12. 'Madrid have been decent'published at 20:23 GMT 10 December 2025

    Real Madrid 0-0 Man City

    Jonathan Woodgate
Former Real Madrid defender on BBC Radio 5 Live at Bernabeu

I think Madrid have been decent. They have gone after Man City, but when City have control, Madrid go into a 4-4-2 shape. You can't knock Real Madrid.

It is like WWF (World Wrestling Federation) back in the day. A little shove and they're hitting the canvas. It is unbelievable.

  13. Postpublished at 20:23 GMT 10 December 2025

    Real Madrid 0-0 Man City

There's a bit of argy bargy happening off the ball between Erling Haaland and Raul Asencio.

They both get a talking to from the referee.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:22 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bayer Leverkusen 1-0 Newcastle

Malick Thiaw picks up a yellow card for his foul as Patrik Schick receives treatment.

  15. PENALTY TO LEVERKUSENpublished at 20:21 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bayer Leverkusen 1-0 Newcastle

From bad to worse for Newcastle.

Malick Thiaw is out of position and brings down Patrik Schick as he charges into the box after a lovely ball by Malik Tillman.

Is it out of the box, though? VAR will have a look...

  16. Postpublished at 20:20 GMT 10 December 2025

    Club Brugge 0-0 Arsenal

Remember, Club Brugge led Barcelona three times here last month before settling for a 3-3 draw.

The hosts are yet to test David Raya but they're not allowing Arsenal time to settle and are packing the penalty area.

The Gunners continue to prod and probe, with 43.4% of the action in the Club Brugge defensive third over the last 15 minutes.

    Real Madrid 0-0 Man City

    Jonathan Woodgate
Former Real Madrid defender on BBC Radio 5 Live at Bernabeu

The Phil Foden tackle about 10 minutes ago, he gets a yellow card. What is the difference between that and the Nico Gonzalez tackle? There is no consistency.

  18. Ultras in good voicepublished at 20:19 GMT 10 December 2025

    Real Madrid 0-0 Man City

    Shamoon Hafez
Football news reporter at the Bernabeu

The Real Madrid ultras, dressed all in white behind Thibaut Courtois' goal, have been jumping up and down and clapping in the opening stages.

City need to try and quieten them down - a goal will help.

  19. Postpublished at 20:18 GMT 10 December 2025

    Bayer Leverkusen 1-0 Newcastle

Not the cleverest bit of defending from Dan Burn there.

The ball is played up to Patrik Schick and he's got nowhere to go but Burn bundles through the back of him and gives away a foul.

  20. Postpublished at 20:17 GMT 10 December 2025

    Real Madrid 0-0 Man City

Real Madrid are asking for a penalty, they think the ball comes off the arm of Matheus Nunes.

It would be a harsh one.
