Lincolnshire might remember 11 April as the day the first-ever Butlins opened up in their parts in 1936. But 90 years later, there will be no holiday for promoted Lincoln City... not yet anyway.

The Imps may have earned a place in the Championship last time out but before they can enjoy their farewell tour of League One, they have a title to chase.

Should closest rivals Cardiff lose their game against Bolton and today's hosts beat Leyton Orient, Lincoln's name on the title will be just a mere point away from reality. A dream striker Rob Street has every intention of fulfilling.

"We don't want to settle for what we have achieved so far, albeit that is a massive achievement," Street told BBC Radio Lincolnshire.

"We want to go one step further and we are in a really good position to do that, so it would be silly for us to now settle for what we have."

Yousef Salech is on the bench after making his return last time out for Cardiff City.

The Bluebirds make a triple change to see Dylan Lawlor, Alex Robertson and Chris Willock in the starting line-up.

Bolton mix it up with four changes to meet their promotion rivals.

George Johnston returns to star in the XI alongside Cyrus Christie, Thierry Gale and Mason Burstow.

Both Ibrahim Cissoko and Johnny Kenny miss out.

It's that time of the season where we delve into permutations.

Cardiff could take a big step towards an instant return to the Championship when they host Bolton in one of today's early kick-offs in League One.

If the Bluebirds win and beat Huddersfield on Tuesday, they will be promoted on Wednesday if Bradford lose at home to Stevenage today and Stockport drop points at Wimbledon on Wednesday.

    Simple, right?

The sticking point for Cardiff is their recent form (two wins in eight) and the fact they’re winless in their previous three home games against top-five teams this season.

But the odds are still stacked in Cardiff’s favour. Surely they’ll get over the line.

  4. Cardiff confident amid lacklustre end to seasonpublished at 12:08 BST 11 April

It's not been so easy for Cardiff City of late. The Bluebirds have only won one of their past six league games and, while they still retain a seven-point cushion in the automatic promotion places, fans of Brian Barry-Murphy's side can't rest too easily.

Win half of their remaining six games and Cardiff seal their immediate bounce back into the Championship, but the next three are all against tricky sides also with a shot at promotion.

Huddersfield and Reading await over the next week while today fourth-placed Bolton will be aiming to take a chunk out of Cardiff's lead to keep their own automatic promotion hopes alive.

Though, goalkeeper Nathan Trott has every faith that their fans have little to worry about.

"The last few results haven't been the best but, ultimately, when you look back, we're still in a very strong position to get promoted," said Trott.

"Everyone's confidence is super high, no one's worried about anything and we're all 100% confident that we can get over the line."

It seems every week there's a clash for the top six and today is no exception.

Stevenage will visit Bradford for the privilege of keeping their position, and Huddersfield and Wycombe meet in an important tie to keep their play-off dreams alive.

Cardiff City will be aiming to fend off Bolton - not only to strengthen their automatic promotion hopes, but also to try and keep in contention for a title slipping into Lincoln's grasp.

The derby between Plymouth and Exeter could hold huge rewards with one vying for a shot at promotion and the other keeping their fingers crossed for survival.
