Wonderful header and Hearts are ahead!

Craig Halkett has his sixth goal of the season and it's a beauty from the centre-back as he just guides a header into the far corner from about 12 yards out.

It's Jordi Altena who has an assist on debut too, as the right-back sends in the excellent cross from deep.

Hearts newbie Jordi Altena is seeing plenty of the ball in the opening stages of this game.

The 22-year-old right-back signed from Waalwijk is looking like he could be a strong addition to the squad.

  16. Postpublished at 15:15 GMT 3 January

    Falkirk 0-0 Aberdeen

Six shots for Falkirk so far, three on target. Aberdeen, meanwhile, haven't had a single effort.

The back four that Jimmy Thelin has opted for looks a little fragile.

    Hearts 0-0 Livingston

How are Hearts not a goal up?

Alexandros Kyziridis has a shot blocked from about the penalty spot, as does Claudio Braga as his effort strikes a post after smacking off a defender.

There's a VAR check for a possible handball, but the officials are satisfied there was no infringement.

  20. Postpublished at 15:13 GMT 3 January

    Hearts 0-0 Livingston

Oh my word, a complete sitter missed by Tomas Magnusson for Hearts.

It is a wonderful move from the league leaders that ends up with Alexandros Kyziridis crossing from deep.

Lawrence Shankland strokes the ball across the face of goal, but midfielder Magnussen shoots wide at the back post.
