Slightly off topic as they play tomorrow... But if Sheff Weds are relegated this month (Possibly against Utd in the derby!) surely that's one of, if not the, earliest in English professional league history? Heart goes out to the Wednesday fans!

Some nice build-up from Ipswich and Wes Burns is brilliantly denied by Josh Vickers.

Derry Murkin lets Burns go past him and Jack Clarke plays a pinpoint pass but the Derby goalkeeper makes a vital save.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 13:40 GMT 7 February

    Norwich 0-0 Blackburn

The hosts go to their bench early in the second half.

Striker Jovon Makama takes a knock and makes way for debutant Mohamed Toure.

Lewis Travis has to to be careful here.

You think he's going to nibble with a little trip, he's playing a fine line.

Even though we're not playing the greatest, you think we can get something from this.

Derby will want a better start to this second period.

They have scored in each of their past 20 league games so will expect to create chances but, along with Stoke, Ipswich have the Championship's best defensive record this season with only 28 goals conceded.

    Off we go again.

We are a bit thin on the ground for goals but that will surely change...

Eustace needs to get Travis off at half time. Just not his day and on a yellow. Don’t wait until 70 minutes to try and turn it round for Derby.

    Championship table

Right, so, AS IT STANDS, Ipswich will be going up to third and closing the gap on the top two to four points.

Watford are going within two points off the top six and stugglers Blackburn and Norwich could both be eking a little further away from the bottom three.

  11. 'I think we were the better side'published at 13:24 GMT 7 February

    HT: Derby 0-1 Ipswich

    Alex Mathie
Former Ipswich Town striker on BBC Radio Suffolk

First 25 minutes I thought we were the better side, Derby were not in it but they grew later.

Overall, I think we were the better side in the 45 minutes, not a bad performance but I think we will need a few more goals to make sure.

We were able to get in behind a couple of times, if we can do that in the second half we have to be clinical.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:21 GMT 7 February

    Southampton 0-0 Watford

A lively, fairly even first-half with plenty of activity around both boxes.

Although Watford edge it in terms of shots, six to three, the only real save of the match has been at the other end as Egil Selvik dived down to deny Ross Stewart.

Still no goals yet at St Mary's.

A poor start from Derby may prove costly.

Lewis Travis got his bearings all wrong from an Ipswich corner to head past his own goalkeeper after eight minutes before Josh Vickers did well to deny Anis Mehmeti.

Danny Batth almost became the second Rams player to score an own goal as he prodded Jack Clarke's cross towards the net but Vickers was able to make a vital grab.

Derby have failed to test visiting goalkeeper Christian Walton, despite a number of set piece opportunities and will have to find a way of breaching the division's joint-best defence in the second 45.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:18 GMT 7 February

    Norwich 0-0 Blackburn

Norwich City boss Philippe ClementImage source, Shutterstock

Not a great deal doing in the opening 45 minutes of this to be totally honest.

No 0-0 draws in games between these sides since February 1995 so I'm hopeful things will pick up on the goals front after the break.

  15. INJURY TIMEpublished at 13:18 GMT 7 February

    Southampton 0-0 Watford

Three minutes added on here after that brief pause earlier while Flynn Downes was receiving treatment.

  16. Postpublished at 13:17 GMT 7 February

    Southampton 0-0 Watford

A shaky moment at the back for Watford as a long ball over the top almost falls right to Ross Stewart as he races between the middle of two defenders and seems to have the better of them.

Egil Selvik comes off his line and is right on the edge of his area and all four players almost run into each other as Stewart eventually nudges the ball wide and behind with his thigh.

  17. INJURY TIMEpublished at 13:17 GMT 7 February

    Norwich 0-0 Blackburn

Two minutes added on at the end of this quiet opening 45 in Norfolk.

  18. Postpublished at 13:16 GMT 7 February

    Derby 0-1 Ipswich

It's good play from the Rams there.

They're sustaining attacks which is much better - it's a shame half-time is coming.

  20. Postpublished at 13:15 GMT 7 February

    Derby 0-1 Ipswich

A decent turn by Rhian Brewster in the Ipswich area but his shot is across the face of goal and behind.

Christian Walton is yet to be called into action in the visitors' goal.
