    Liverpool 0-0 PSG (0-2 agg)

A decent spell of Liverpool possession ends with Jeremie Frimpong over-cooking a cross but Milos Kerkez recovers the ball and is able to force a save.

A much, much better start by the Reds tonight than in Paris last week.

Atleti are enjoying a nice spell of possession. That'll got a long way to settling them down after conceding so early in the game.

I don't know about Isak doing 45 minutes at this pace he'll be lucky to get away with 20.

There has been a great reaction so far from this crowd. Every ball Liverpool win back, they are getting roared on.

Giorgi Mamardashvili did well to start with as he had to come out.

The shot from Ousmane Dembele, he does well Mamardashvili as he was retreating. As he falls back, he punches it and deals with it.

A proper European night under the lights.

Each PSG touch is being greeted by a chorus of jeers.

Suddenly, the visitors are in and behind the Liverpool defence and Giorgi Mamardashvili, who kept the score down in the first leg, is forced into a save by Ousmane Dembele.

Lamine Yamal with some fancy footwork on the sideline before latching onto a ball over the top but the attack breaks down.

Barca will be hoping to get their star man on the ball more than they are doing.

For me this is Liverpool's strongest line-up. Slot has picked a team to win comfortably and with style.

Great chance for Lookman there. He'll be fresh-legged after being rested in Atleti's 2-1 league defeat to Sevilla at the weekend, after Simeone made 10 changes to his squad.

No surprise that PSG are not here to sit back and defend their lead. They started strongly but Liverpool are now finding their feet in this game. Arne Slot is constantly urging his side to push forward and press Luis Enrique's side.

Atletico Madrid 0-1 Barcelona (2-1 agg)

It's not the best of defensive headers from Ferran Torres but it gets the job done for Barca.

They'll be keen to get up the pitch again.

Hold the back page....an attempt on target by Liverpool!

It comes from Alexander Isak but it's straight at Matvey Safonov.

    Nevertheless, encouragement for the Reds.

Atleti look for Ademola Lookman again at the far post but Jules Kounde times his tackle perfectly before Atleti win a corner.

There was discussion before the game about Florian Wirtz and where he was going to play. It certainly looks as if he is going to favour that left hand side of a three.

It's a lovely touch from Julian Alvarez for Ademola Lookman at the back post but Lookman loses all composure and slices wide.

    Chance, that.

Blistering. The interesting thing is Liverpool are trying to press PSG, but PSG have the speed in behind. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia left Jeremie Frimpong for dead and Frimpong is electric!
