Bristol City forward Sinclair Armstrong hits a shot that comes off the inside of the post and back out.

So close to an early lead for the visitors and so close to another early goal in our four Championship games!

    West Brom 0-1 Coventry

Very, very early days but that goal puts Coventry four points clear at the top of the as it stands table and more importantly, nine points clear of third-placed Millwall.

West Brom are perched above the drop zone.

    Steve Ogrizovic

Coventry have thrown leads away recently, they can't afford to throw this away.

Teams at the top of the league have got to keep clean sheets and Coventry have got to do that here today.

I’m predicting a 3-0 win for Coventry today. West Brom are in free-fall. Either them or Leicester will be playing League One football next season.

    Mitchell, Coventry

Mitchell's prediction not looking too bad so far given the Sky Blues are already a goal up inside 10 minutes.

  5. 'A fantastic start'published at 12:37 GMT 21 February

    Stoke 1-0 Leicester

    Mike Sheron
Former Stoke City striker on BBC Radio Stoke

The cross into the middle from Aaron Cresswell had pace and it invited someone to go and head the ball.

So awkward for a goalkeeper to get.

A fantastic start, you want to get the crowd up for it and there's no better way of doing that than scoring goals.

    Hull City 0-0 QPR

Hull City will hope to take inspiration from the last team from the city to play on the pitch at the MKM Stadium.

Super League side Hull KR became world champions with victory over Brisbane Broncos on Thursday.

The pitch is looking slightly worse for wear through the middle it has to be said.

Tigers winger Liam Millar drifts in off the left and hits a shot that drifts just past the far post.

No messing from the leaders! West Brom had actually started well but Coventry score with their first chance.

Frank Onyeka won the ball back, Milan van Ewijk got his head up and floated a lovely ball over the top which puts Ephron Mason-Clark in on goal.

The ball bounces up and makes the decision for him - he lobs it over Max O'Leary, who gets a finger to it but can't keep it out.

  8. A lively atmosphere, even without Snoop Doggpublished at 12:35 GMT 21 February

    Swansea 0-0 Bristol City

    Gareth Vincent
BBC Sport Wales at the Swansea.com Stadium

The crowd at the Swansea.com Stadium for this one is not quite the sell-out which awaits this coming Tuesday, when Snoop Dogg - and Preston North End - are coming to Wales.

But there is a belting atmosphere nevertheless in the opening stages, thanks in no small part to a healthy contingent of Bristol City fans.

There is always a debate over whether this fixture can be described as a derby, but there is usually some feeling in the stands when these clubs meet.

    Ben Wilmot (3 mins)

Not a great start for Gary Rowett.

Sorba Thomas whips in a picture perfect place for Milan Smit to get a nod on but a Leicester defender does extremely well to clear it out for a corner.

The Foxes are able to clear out their box but only for Aaron Cresswell to purr in another fantastic cross, one Ben Wilmot uses his head to thump into the net.

They aren't the most prolific scorers but no doubt Stoke will be worrying Foxes fans already with these deliveries.

  10. Postpublished at 12:33 GMT 21 February

It’ll be a miracle if Saints sneak into play-offs. We are too inconsistent to mount a serious challenge. Tonda Eckert has done an excellent job considering where we were after Will Still, but he and the team need more time to really gel together. If we went up with our defensive record, we’ll be torn apart and embarrassed.

West Brom have issues with injuries in defence so left-back Charlie Taylor moves into the middle alongside Nat Phillips. Alfie Gilchrist fills in at right-back. Max O'Leary starts in goal for the hosts, with Aune Heggebo tasked with leading the West Brom attack as they look to end a run of seven games without a win.

Frank Onyeka comes into the Coventry midfield for just his second start since arriving in January, adding some Premier League quality. Brandon Thomas-Asante is back from a ban and is on the bench against his former side.

There's not been much boing to the Baggies's season so far with Albion still looking for a first win under new boss Eric Ramsay.

West Brom have lost four and drawn three of his seven games in charge, which leaves them only two points clear of the relegation zone heading into this one.

Stranger things have happened than a first win coming against the leaders, though Coventry were excellent when beating second-placed Middlesbrough on Monday night.

Swansea City have made three changes from the side that started last week's 2-0 loss at Derby.

Jay Fulton comes in for the suspended Marko Stamenic in midfield, Melker Widell takes Liam Cullen's spot and Gustavo Nunes is in for Ronald.

Bristol City boss Gerhard Struber has made five changes from the side that started the midweek draw with Wrexham.

Defender Noah Eile and striker Delano Burgzorg both make their first starts for the club, while skipper Jason Knight returns to the XI after coming on as a sub in the game against the Red Dragons.

One change on the sidelines is that Struber won't be in the dugout, he's serving a one-match touchline ban after picking up three yellow cards this season.

Home is where the heart is for Swansea.

The Swans are in terrific form in front of their own fans, with six wins and one draw in their past seven games.

If they could carry that into their away games they could yet make a late run for the top six.

The play-offs are certainly where ninth-placed Bristol City are aiming for this season.

This is their second game this week after battling to a 2-2 draw with Wrexham at Ashton Gate on Tuesday.

Stoke make a quadruple change from their last league match against Charlton to face the Foxes.

Jesurun Rak-Sakyi and Steven Nzonzi are available from the bench but Tomas Rigo and Bosun Lawal don't make the squad.

Eric Junior Bocat, Milan Smit, Bae Jun-ho and Ben Pearson make up the XI alongside goalkeeper Tommy Simkin, who is making his 100th career appearance.

Under-21s forward Jerome Osei is a new name on team sheet as the side continue to struggle with injuries.

A double change makes up Gary Rowett's first Leicester City starting XI as Abdul Fatawu misses out with a troublesome knee.

Jordan Ayew is another to skip the visit.

Jeremy Monga and Victor Kristiansen come in, while Luke Thomas moves to the bench.

  18. Can Rowett bring a stroke of luck to Leicester?published at 12:17 GMT 21 February

    Stoke v Leicester (12:30 GMT)

    Media caption,

Hear from Gary Rowett ahead of his first game in charge of the Foxes.

"My remit is very clear – can we go and change our fortunes? That's my focus."

That's what new Leicester City boss Gary Rowett told BBC Radio Leicester this week as he took on the task of saving the Foxes from a terrible end to a challenging season. And it will be no easy task.

Rowett is an old hand at trying to save teams from a scary drop, most recently doing so last season with Oxford United, and right now, Leicester find themselves firmly in the mix.

Two points deep into the relegation zone, appealing a six-point deduction and losing five of their past six league games (D1).

But he gets to start his challenge at a place he knows well. The 51-year-old's former side Stoke City are hosting and with a six-game winless run leaving the Potters off the play-off pace as it stands, they won't be feeling all that comfortable either.

QPR's starting XI shows two alterations from the 3-1 defeat by Blackburn last week. Steve Cook is rested so Amadou Mbengue comes in to the defence and Rayan Kolli comes in for Daniel Bennie as one of the forwards.

It's 14 days since Hull City were last in league action because of their FA Cup commitments.

The 4-0 defeat by Chelsea was far from unexpected and now leaves them totally clear to focus on their Premier League push.

The Tigers, who have taken just one point from their past two games, are seven points behind second-placed Middlesbrough with a game in hand.

Visitors QPR could get yet get themselves up into the play-off shake-up but must improve their desperate away form.

They haven't won any of their past seven on the road and haven't scored away from Loftus Road since 29 December.
