Denise O'Sullivan needs to be careful. She's already on a yellow and she sticks out a leg to stop Kiko Seike from darting forward.

Brighton send in another corner and Jennifer Falk spills it, but she recovers in time to prevent the ball from trickling in.

Gareth Taylor has made his first change for Liverpool, with Alice Bergstrom replacing Risa Shimizu.

Seike was hardly in the first half but she's making her mark in the second half for Brighton.

It's difficult to imagine Liverpool can keep up their same level of intensity from the first half. But the way you get around that is to keep possession, like they're doing now.

Fuka Nagano isn't happy that she's been played that pass by Jenna Clark and she has a word with the Scotland defender after she's pressed down quickly by Marisa Olislagers.

I thought that was in. How many times in her career has Fran Kirby made that near-post run? Her shot is almost too perfect. That's as close as we've come to an equaliser.

Madison Haley did all the hard work, spinning away from defenders before fizzing the ball into Liverpool's box but Charlize Rule completely misses the strike.

Brighton get the ball back, though, and Maisie Symonds curls the ball in and Fran Kirby comes agonisingly close - only to be denied by the upright.

I just want to see more from Brighton. They're not playing to their potential but they're still in the game. That's the most positive thing you can say.

Ceri Holland whips in a corner and Grace Fisk rises highest, but her header drifts just wide of the left post.

Fisk is furious that Liverpool haven't been given a corner. It did look like Madison Haley got a touch on the ball.
