Jeremie Frimpong isn't backing out of that aerial challenge and he leaves Mario Lemina in a heap.

Raphael Guerreiro plays a neat one-two with Harry Kane inside the area before firing straight at Marco Sportiello.

    Liverpool 0-0 Galatasaray (0-1 agg)

Liverpool are winning the ball high well in these opening stages; it's like a throwback to the Jurgen Klopp days.

Hugo Ekitike has another drive at goal but it's more of a daisy cutter.

It's getting heated now. Liverpool players aren't too pleased with the time Victor Osimhen is taking to get off the pitch.

He lifts his sore arm at them and gives a few verbals back.

Not too sure what's happened here.

There's a coming together between Ibrahima Konate and Victor Osimhen, resulting in the striker going down clutching his wrist.

He looks in a decent amount of pain here.

The ball is in the net for Atletico Madrid, but it is offside. Ademola Lookman turned the ball in from six yards out after Giuliano Simeone's low ball across the face of goal, but Lookman, who played in England with Charlton, Everton, Fulham and Leicester, was just the wrong side of Djed Spence.

No-one expected them to go get a result at Anfield so there's got to be some inner belief they can do something tonight.

There are Galatasaray supporters here in Anfield. They are in a central position in the top tier in the Sir Kenny Daglish stand. There are a good hundred surrounded by stewards.
