    Charlton are safe!

Charlie Kelman's stunner gave the Addicks the lead before John Egan levelled right on half-time.

The away side, chasing a pay-off place, pushed for a second but fell behind when Jayden Fevrier scored a fine effort.

Thereafter the Tigers never really made home goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski work and they're now six games without a win.

    Charlton 2-1 Hull City

NO! Jayden Fevrier's effort is cleared off the line by Kyle Joseph with the Hull goalkeeper labouring back.

What a finish that would have been.

    Charlton 2-1 Hull City

    Charlton nearly there now.

A first win since 11 March is going to secure their second tier survival.

Two minutes of time added on to go.

  10. INJURY TIMEpublished at 14:26 BST 25 April

    Charlton 2-1 Hull City

    YIKES.

Hull skipper Lewie Coye is in a great position to chip in a cross in the area but manages to whack his cross over everyone in the middle. Wrong club choice.

We're into a minimum of six minutes of time added on.

  11. FULL-TIMEpublished at 14:25 BST 25 April

    Middlesbrough 5-1 Watford

A vital win for Middlesbrough as they keep alive their faint hopes of finishing second but also confirm at least a play-off spot.

A Morgan Whittaker double, added to by David Strelec and a Tommy Conway brace, including a penalty, get the job done but they were made to work hard for much of the game.

Watford pulled one back at 2-0 through James Abankwah to end a three-game goal drought but this will cast more doubts around the future of head coach Ed Still as it's a fourth successive defeat.

  12. 'Still in Ipswich's hands'published at 14:25 BST 25 April

    FT: West Brom 0-0 Ipswich

    Brenner Woolley

We need three more points, and it could come as early as Tuesday.

This promotion race is still in Ipswich's hands.

  13. FULL-TIMEpublished at 14:25 BST 25 April

    West Brom 0-0 Ipswich

Ipswich edge themselves back into second place but that was hard work in the Midlands sunshine.

West Brom are also safe and make it 10 games unbeaten in an impressive performance in which they created the better chances with Christian Walton denying Ousmane Diakite, Nat Phillips and Aune Heggebo.

At the other end Cedric Kipre had a goal disallowed for offside.

The race for second place just keeps going.

  14. YELLOW CARDpublished at 14:24 BST 25 April

    West Brom 0-0 Ipswich

A late caution for Ipswich defender Jacob Greaves for pulling his man back.

  15. Postpublished at 14:23 BST 25 April

    Charlton 2-1 Hull City

The home side nearly get a third from nothing.

Thomas Kaminski launches a massive punt down field for Lyndon Dykes and the Scotland international shows his power to hold off a challenge and then win a corner as Ivor Pandur touches his shot behind.

  16. 'Boro have stepped up'published at 14:22 BST 25 April

    Middlesbrough 5-1 Watford

    Neil Maddison
Former Middlesbrough midfielder on BBC Radio Tees

What a result, and what a performance!

It's been a totally dominant second half and the shape has been excellent. It wasn't quite there in the first half, and when we conceded the goal we thought it was only going in one direction.

But then we stepped up, and it's been brilliant.
