It's the start of a new era for Everton under new owners after The Friedkin Group completed its purchase of the Toffees, bringing to an end Farhad Moshiri's tumultuous tenure.

"I hope it [the takeover] brings a positive mood to the team," said Everton boss Sean Dyche, whose side start the day 16th in the table, three points above the relegation zone.

Leicester have made three changes following their 4-0 defeat at Newcastle, with goalkeeper Mads Hermansen (groin) unavailable after being substituted at half-time last week.

He has been replaced by Danny Ward, while Boubakary Soumare returns from suspension and Jordan Ayew has also come in, with Hamza Choudhury and Kasey McAteer making way.

Joao Gomes returns from suspension while Rodrigo Gomes and Goncalo Guedes have also come in, with the fit-again Jose Sa replacing Sam Johnstone in goal.
