No-one looks like being affected more by Ruben Amorim's departure than Kobbie Mainoo.

It seemed certain Mainoo was going to leave Manchester United this month given he was so frustrated and unhappy at his lack of game time.

He is back on the bench tonight but crucially, it looks like Darren Fletcher has abandoned the three-at-the-back concept, which opens up an extra place in midfield.

It will be interesting to see whether he starts against Brighton in the FA Cup on Sunday.

It all feels a little flat at the moment.

Man City's cobbled team are trying to get something going, while there is little energy from the fans in attendance.

There needs a spark to bring this match into life.

Michael Keane once again showed his striker's instinct with that crisp finish to put Everton ahead against Wolves. He is the most clinical finisher at the club - certainly more ruthless in front goal than recognised strikers Thierno Barry and Beto.
