  1. Postpublished at 20:45 GMT 11 March

    Coventry 2-0 Preston

Coventry certainly seemed to have recovered from that 13-game wobble when they won just four games in that period, Dave at 20:41 GMT.

This will be six wins in a row if they see it through tonight. Are you dreaming of the Premier League, Sky Blues fans?

  2. 'Credit to the Oxford fanspublished at 20:44 GMT 11 March

    HT: Oxford 1-0 Blackburn

    Peter Rhoades-Brown
Former Oxford winger on BBC Radio Oxford

You always want another goal, if Blackburn get one back then I will be nervous.

Credit to the crowd they have been outstanding. They are really getting behind this team. If we can get another win tonight then wow. They just need another goal.

  3. Postpublished at 20:43 GMT 11 March

    Coventry 2-0 Preston

Carl Rushworth at it again, this time making an excellent claim in the air under pressure from Daniel Jebbison. How Coventry would love to make that loan deal from Brighton a permanent one.

I don’t know if I can quite believe this season. Hangover from bad old days has me looking at where we are in relation to third rather than thinking promoted top.

  5. Postpublished at 20:41 GMT 11 March

    Coventry 2-0 Preston

It seems like a matter of when not if Coventry grab a third to be honest.

Brandon Thomas-Asante tries to flick it on for Ellis Simms, who can't quite meet it in the area and it runs out for a goal kick.

Frank Lampard's side are hungry for more.

  6. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:40 GMT 11 March

    West Brom 1-0 Southampton

After a long period of added time the referee blows up for the break.

West Brom lead through Jayson Molumby's 45th-minute goal from a corner.

The hosts look good for the lead, oddly sluggish from Saints so far.

  7. CLOSE!published at 20:39 GMT 11 March

    Coventry 2-0 Preston

Very nearly a third for Coventry as Brandon Thomas-Asante bends one just wide of the far post.

  8. Postpublished at 20:38 GMT 11 March

    West Brom 1-0 Southampton

We're still going at the Hawthorns after a nasty clash of heads between Ousmane Diakite and James Bree.

Thankfully both players are back up and carrying on as we enter the eighth minute of added time.

  9. Postpublished at 20:38 GMT 11 March

    Coventry 2-0 Preston

Steve Ogrizovic has taken the words out of my mouth. It is indeed a long way back for Preston now, who are on a turgid run of form with just one win in 10.

They have to try and come from two down against a Coventry side who have scored 12 more goals than any other side in the Championship with 76.

The Sky Blues also have the joint second best defensive record in the division.

  10. 'Thoroughly deserved goal for Coventry'published at 20:36 GMT 11 March

    Coventry 2-0 Preston

    Steve Ogrizovic
Ex-Coventry City goalkeeper on BBC CWR

They thoroughly deserve it. Teams play us and try and shut up shop but Preston have done that and we have still scored two goals. It is long way back for them now.

  11. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:34 GMT 11 March

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Charlton

Goalless at the break at the Riverside.

Boro had the better of the half but couldn't find the way through, with Aidan Morris coming closest when he hit the crossbar.

Charlton had a big chance themselves when Charlie Kelman couldn't convert on the break.

    Delicately poised.

  12. goal

GOAL: Coventry 2-0 Prestonpublished at 20:34 GMT 11 March

    Brandon Thomas-Asante (34 mins)

That will do nicely for Coventry, who have now scored two rather odd goals tonight.

Preston just cannot deal with a corner and it drops to Ellis Simms who spins and hits the target from close range.

Daniel Iversen makes an excellent save to tip it onto the bar but it flies back out and hits Brandon Thomas-Asante before rolling over the line.

Not sure Thomas-Asante knew too much about it but they all count.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:34 GMT 11 March

    Birmingham 1-0 QPR

Blues deservedly ahead at the break.

Chris Davies' side have totally dominated the opening half and lead through Patrick Roberts' early goal.

Ethan Laird hit the post as the hosts pushed for the second.

QPR woeful so far - zero attempts and just 30% possession so.

A big team talk needed from Julien Stephan.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:33 GMT 11 March

    Oxford 1-0 Blackburn

Oxford lead in this vital six-pointer between two relegation rivals.

Jamie Donley's powerful strike on the rebound is the difference at the halfway stage.

  15. 'This is not good'published at 20:33 GMT 11 March

    West Brom 1-0 Southampton

    Jo Tessem
Ex-Southampton midfielder on BBC Radio Solent

We talked about set pieces, giving away stupid corners. He taps it in from nowhere, the goalkeeper has no chance.

This is not good and just at the time you don't want it.

  16. Postpublished at 20:32 GMT 11 March

    Coventry 1-0 Preston

Just over half an hour gone and Coventry have been by far the better side - and the stats back that up.

    Possession: Coventry 68%-32% Preston

    Shots: Coventry 10-2 Preston

    On target: Coventry 3-1 Preston

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:31 GMT 11 March

    Norwich 0-1 Sheff Utd

Jairo Riedewald of Sheffield United celebratesImage source, Getty Images

Sheffield United hold a slender lead at the break.

Jairo Riedewald's smart volley put the Blades ahead in the 21st minute but it's been pretty much all Norwich since then.

Mathias Kvistgaarden has come closest for the Canaries with his powerful header cleared off the line by Japhet Tanganga.

  18. goal

GOAL: West Brom 1-0 Southamptonpublished at 20:31 GMT 11 March

    Jayson Molumby (45 mins)

The Baggies take the lead on the stroke of half time!

It comes from a corner, Callum Styles swings the ball in and Daryl Dike heads against the post.

He keeps it alive in the chaos the follows in the area, with Jayson Molumby finishing off for his second goal of the season.

A big goal for the Baggies as we enter four minutes of added time.

This Blackburn Rovers performance is a reflection of the clueless, disgraceful hierarchy. A fish rots from its head. You would never know this is a must win game in a relegation battle, by looking at these Rovers players. They dismantled an experienced Championship squad that finished seventh last season. They let John Eustace walk away. They deserve everything they are getting now.

    Coley, Preston

  20. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:29 GMT 11 March

    West Brom 0-0 Southampton

Saints are forced into an early change as Tom Fellows comes on for the injured Leo Scienza.

Hopefully it's not too bad for the Southampton midfielder.

Isaac Price sends a volley narrowly wide for the hosts soon after.
