It looks absolutely freezing at the Signal Iduna Park tonight but both sets of fans are in fine voice as you'd expect.

Both must feel they have a great chance to progress.

  13. CLOSE!published at 20:47 GMT 17 February

    Benfica 0-0 Real Madrid

Benfica are on the ropes at the end of the first half.

Another chance for Kylian Mbappe - how many is that? - before Vinícius Junior is frustrated by a block.

Then Arda Guler forces Anatoliy Trubin into a decent save.

  14. CLOSE!published at 20:47 GMT 17 February

    Monaco 2-2 PSG

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia has the ball and charges up the pitch. You think he's going to use Achraf Hakimi to his right but he goes alone and should finish after beating a couple of Monaco players.

I cannot see what everyone else sees in Ousmane Dembele.. How he was the winner of the Ballon D'or I'll never know! Surely the failed keepy uppys for his Barca reveal said enough!

The flick around the corner and the awareness of Vinícius Júnior, his vision to know where his strike partner was.

Again, you would expect better from Kylian Mbappe.

Real Madrid really are cutting them open at every opportunity. They are finding so many spaces in and among the back four.

    Benfica 0-0 Real Madrid

What a move - and what brilliant vision by Vinícius Júnior!

So clever by Real's No 7 to spot Kylian Mbappe and his back flick into the path of his team-mate is gorgeous.

    Mbappe, however, cannot finish.

PSG really work it well. They're getting space and opening Monaco up.

Hakimi, it's a beautiful finish like a centre forward.

It's a hell of a game. This could end up anything.

Great to see Nicolas Otamendi still going strong at 38 for Benfica. Completely uncompromising. 'The General' was a fantastic servant at Manchester City, multiple PL winner etc.
