    Norwich 0-1 Ipswich

Ipswich cough up possession in their own half twice in succession with Jack Taylor sliding in on Pelle Mattsson 20-yards out to bail out Azor Matusiwa initially before Mathias Kvistgaarden is penalised for a lunging tackle after yellow shirts win it back again to relieve the pressure.

  2. CLOSE!published at 13:06 BST 11 April

    Coventry 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Jack Rudoni drives a shot across goal with his weaker right foot but Wednesday defender Sean Fusire gets back to clear the danger for Wednesday.

Moments later, a good cross from Jay Dasilva causes mayhem in the Wednesday box but Max Lowe comes to the rescue and prods the ball out for a corner in front of his own goal.

  3. Postpublished at 13:05 BST 11 April

    Norwich 0-1 Ipswich

A Norwich corner is cleared only as far as Kellen Fisher but his volley flicks off a defender and behind for another. The fans and Fisher appeal for a penalty for handball but Anthony Backhouse thinks otherwise.

Absolute carnage in the goalmouth from these City corners with Christian Walton under immense pressure but he comes through the crowd to claim the latest set-piece with aplomb.

  4. YELLOW CARDpublished at 13:03 BST 11 April

    Norwich 0-1 Ipswich

Another glimpse of goal for Pelle Mattsson who lets fly from 25 yards but Christian Walton gets down to his right to hold on.

Another yellow card, and a needless one, for Jack Stacey as he boots Jaden Philogene from behind as he shields the ball.

3-2 Ipswich in cautions and 1-0 in the stat that matters most, and we're only 32 minutes in.

  5. Postpublished at 13:03 BST 11 April

    Coventry 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Sheffield Wednesday earn themselves a corner and when the ball is recycled Sean Fusire knocks in a threatening ball which is just too long.

The bottom club have certainly had their moments in the first 30 minutes.

  6. 'We knew Wednesday would come out fighting'published at 13:01 BST 11 April

    Coventry 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

    Steve Ogrizovic
Ex-Coventry City goalkeeper on BBC CWR

Sheffield Wednesday have got players forward, they're pressing, you have to read that as a striker, Haji Wright.

We knew Sheffield Wednesday would come out fighting and what they lack in quality they make up for in hard work, they've arguably had the best chances.

  7. Postpublished at 13:01 BST 11 April

    QPR 0-0 Bristol City

A couple of heart-in-mouth moments for Joe Walsh as the QPR goalkeeper rushes out and heads the ball straight to Mark Sykes in space.

Fortunately for him, Sykes doesn't connect well with the first-time shot from way out at all and it's easily blocked.

Then it's Scott Twine who almost embarrasses the QPR keeper with a complete mishit that almost squirrels its way through his grasp before he runs back to claim it.

Just starting to liven up at Loftus Road.

  8. Postpublished at 13:01 BST 11 April

    Coventry 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Jack Rudoni plays a beautiful defence splitting pass and Haji Wright is in one-on-one with Pierce Charles but the linesman has his flag up for offside.

  9. Postpublished at 13:00 BST 11 April

    Norwich 0-1 Ipswich

Jack Stacey darts to byline to loop a high cross to the back stick where Mathias Kvistgaarden can only nod tamely at Town keeper Christian Walton.

Straight down the other end go Town and for a moment Anis Mehmeti gets in behind Jose Cordoba and through on goal but he loses his footing as he tries to cut back onto his right foot past the covering defender and the chance is gone.

  10. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:58 BST 11 April

    Norwich 0-1 Ipswich

George Hirst becomes the third Town man into the book after 26 minutes after clattering Jose Cordoba as he tries to close him down on the touchline.

It's a physical battle already and these early cards will surely be a factor at some point in the next hour or more.

  11. CLOSE!published at 12:58 BST 11 April

    Coventry 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Jack Rudoni floats in a lovely free-kick and the ball rebounds to Frank Onyeka but his volley is well blocked and Wednesday keeper Pierce Charles smothers it.

  12. Postpublished at 12:57 BST 11 April

    Coventry 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Milan Van Ewijk pulls the ball back to Haji Wright but the American gets caught in two minds and doesn't get hold of his strike at all just inside the box.

Coventry have now won a free-kick around 30 yards out from the right.

  13. Postpublished at 12:56 BST 11 April

    Norwich 0-1 Ipswich

As you might expect of a derby, there's not a lot of flow to this game, it's 100mph but very stop-start.

Norwich try to get something going down the left after Jose Cordoba strides forward from the back but the Ipswich defence are deep and dogged and now have a lead to protect.

  14. 'Febrile atmosphere'published at 12:56 BST 11 April

    Norwich 0-1 Ipswich

    Glenn Speller
BBC Sport England at Carrow Road

A controversial penalty leading to a goal, three cautions and a fair few robust tackles all accompanied by a febrile atmosphere.

Derbies can sometimes fail to reflect all the pomp and circumstance around them but this one is more than doing the job to keep pulse rates high.

  15. CLOSE!published at 12:54 BST 11 April

    Coventry 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

A lovely cross into the middle by Coventry's Haji Wright finds the head of Brandon Thomas-Asante but he is unable to direct his effort on target.

    Just over.

  16. 'Norwich fans are practically following Nunez'published at 12:53 BST 11 April

    Norwich 0-1 Ipswich

    Chris Goreham
    BBC Radio Norfolk commentator

When I'm not looking at the on-field action, I'm glancing down towards the touchline as a group of Norwich fans are practically following Marcelino Nunez up and down the touchline as he warms up.

  17. OFF THE LINEpublished at 12:53 BST 11 April

    Coventry 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Milan van Ewijk muscles his way into the box and hits a shot but it is well blocked for a Coventry corner.

From it, Liam Kitching's header looks destined for the far corner but Svante Ingelsson gets back on his own line for Wednesday and heads the ball away.

Otherwise, that would have been 1-0 to the hosts.

  18. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:53 BST 11 April

    Norwich 0-1 Ipswich

Revenge is a dish best served cold, not with a hot head.

Norwich forward Mathias Kvistgaarden goes into the book for barging into Jacob Greaves, who fouled him moments ago, under an aerial ball and Anthony Backhouse reaches for his pocket again.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 12:51 BST 11 April

    Norwich 0-1 Ipswich

Jacob Greaves is the latest Town man to pick up an early booking for a firm challenge on Mathias Kvistgaarden.

The set-piece leads to a Norwich corner and the home fans have found their voice again 20 minutes in.

It's initially cleared but then recycled back to Pelle Mattsson, in a rich vein of scoring form, but his blast from outside the box is high, wide and not very handsome.

  20. Postpublished at 12:50 BST 11 April

    Coventry 0-0 Sheffield Wednesday

Sheffield Wednesday keeper Pierce Charles waits for Haji Wright to run at him before Cruyff turning away from trouble right in front of his own goal. How's that for confidence?

That allows the Owls to build an attack from the back and eventually Jerry Yates takes a shot from a very tight angle but fires well over.
