  1. The Big Fish!published at 21:28 BST 2 April

    Bunting 1-2 Price

Gerwyn Price hits the Big Fish - a 170 checkout to go ahead.

And Price even pulls off the Luke Littler reeling it in celebration as well, laughing his head off as he does so.

We're used to a snarling, shouting Gerwyn Price, but funtime, smiling Gezzy is quite the entertainer.

Price has hit nine-darters in the last two years here in Manchester and now a 170 checkout! He loves it here.

This could be top draw from start to finish with how both players have started.

  3. Tops levels for Pricepublished at 21:25 BST 2 April

    Bunting 1-1 Price

Gerwyn Price drills tops with his first dart to level the match in 13 darts. That'll do nicely on his own throw.

  4. Good start for Buntingpublished at 21:22 BST 2 April

    Bunting 1-0 Price

Stephen Bunting kicks off with a 180 and five perfect darts!

It's 'only' a 180-140 start though but he leaves a finish after nine darts and although he can't mop up 84 he eventually hits double four when he returns to take the opener.

It feels like some serious moves could be made tonight.

Always good to get another Stephen Bunting walk-on isn't it?

The Manchester crowd are not shy in belting out another rendition of Titanium...

Gerwyn Price is up there but he may feel like he should have won more nights.

Stephen Bunting is doing a good job.

I think Price is going to be hard to beat tonight in general.

Josh Rock is the width of a wire away from taking out 170 for the match, but he gets the chance to come back and mop it up, which he does to take the match.

That's a second win of the season and both of them have come against Jonny Clayton in successive nights in the Premier League.

It's almost a case of can we play you every week.

  11. A 12-dart holdpublished at 21:01 BST 2 April

    Clayton 4-5 Rock

Great leg this one as they both kick-off with a 180 and both later hit 140s, but it's on Josh Rock's throw and he's clinical on the 47 outshot to go one away from another win.

  12. All square againpublished at 20:59 BST 2 April

    Clayton 4-4 Rock

A rare regulation leg from Jonny Clayton who skips ahead with the throw and doesn't give Josh Rock a route back into it before he takes out 61 for 4-4.

  13. Rock holdspublished at 20:58 BST 2 April

    Clayton 3-4 Rock

It's just a bit nervy from both of these two now, as they both miss doubles to go ahead before Josh Rock settles his nerves to hit double 10 and hold his throw.

That's a good response to losing three legs on the spin.

  14. Postpublished at 20:56 BST 2 April

    Clayton 3-3 Rock

    Wayne Mardle

Josh Rock has played the best he has in the Premier League so far, but he's not leading after six legs.

You've got to take advantage of those moments.

Are doubts now creeping into the mind of Josh Rock?

  16. Clayton levelspublished at 20:56 BST 2 April

    Clayton 3-3 Rock

Jonny Clayton hits two 140s and they are enough to give him a big lead, which is just as well as he messes about on the doubles, even ending up, and missing, double one at one point.

He's not in the madhouse luckily and can return to take out double two to level the contest.

  17. Clayton breakspublished at 20:54 BST 2 April

    Clayton 2-3 Rock

This time it's Josh Rock who misses the bull for the led, and Jonny Clayton has scored heavily enough to take advantage and swoop in to grab a break of throw.

So from nowhere the Welshman is now throwing to level the match - it's such an entertaining format this one, things can change in the blink of an eye.

  18. Clayton on the boardpublished at 20:53 BST 2 April

    Clayton 1-3 Rock

Jonny Clayton gets a leg on the boad as he hits the very first double he's had to go it in this match - his three other chances have all come on the bull.

Jonny Clayton is averaging 115 and he's 3-0 down. Pathetic. Darts is pathetic.

We've seen some brilliant starts so far tonight.

Stephen Bunting took out 161 in the second leg of the first quarter-final, Gerwyn Price hit 167 and 135 outs to begin the second - and now Josh Rock has gone 126 and 150 in this one.
