That is a horrible little pinch off Luke Littler.

    Littler 1-1 Humphries

After going 21 legs in the Premier League without, Luke Littler hits a 180!

It puts him in a brilliant position with Luke Humphries lagging well behind.

But a flurry of misses at double let Humphries come all the way back, hit double 16 and hold.

This is talent right there, let me tell you now.

That was a firmer, well-timed last dart.

You are born with that. You either understand that or you don't. You can't practise that.

    Littler 1-0 Humphries

Solid first leg from both players but Luke Littler holds.

Needed 80, two big 20s and then powered the third between them to hit tops.

Superb stuff from the world champion.

I really liked the way that Luke Humphries was scoring in his quarter-final.

I'm expecting this game to be littered with treble scoring.

As expected after the barrage of boos and whistles before his quarter-final, Luke Littler is booed again on his way to the stage.

He dealt with it against Gerwyn Price - and he'll try to do so again here.

  7. 'Need to match Littler on the doubles'published at 20:09 BST 16 April

    Littler v Humphries

Luke Humphries talking to Sky Sports: "The crowd were really good to me [in his quarter-final against home hope Gian van Veen]. I didn't feel like there was a massive Orange Army against me. They were pretty fair to be honest and that is a massive credit to a huge fanbase. I didn't want to celebrate.

"Gian didn't play his best there and maybe the pressure of a home crowd took its toll. That was a must-win game for me.

"It is always a close game between me and Luke. He's normally just clinical on the doubles and I just need to match him there."

I said the atmosphere was hostile against Luke Littler earlier but he dealt with the situation really well.

  9. 'Boos and whistles what I expected'published at 20:07 BST 16 April

    Littler v Humphries

Luke Littler talking to Sky Sports: "The boos and whistles were exactly what I expected. I knew that as soon as I got on stage that I could do my job. I was practising well and I knew if I'd take that into the game I'd win and that is exactly what I've done.

"The pressure has definitely been relieved. I know I can go through the circumstances and win here. It is going to happen again but I know I can get through it."

Yep, it's another battle of the Lukes.

Luke Littler has gone back-to-back since losing his first World Championship final to Luke Humphries.

But Cool Hand is the defending Premier League champion after beating Littler in the final at the O2 last year.

Humphries' form has put his title defence in jeopardy but when these two play, it's usually very close and another win would inch him closer to the top four.

This is a venue that Luke Humphries doesn't like because of the air flow.

It is a mouthwatering semi-final against Luke Littler though.

Humphries has been giving himself opportunities in the Premier League but he hasn't been taking them. His quarter-final win was closer to the Luke Humphries we know and love.

This is the Josh Rock that we thought we'd see throughout the campaign.

That was the best of Josh Rock.

He goes inside needing double 12, then outside as he searches for double six, but Josh Rock finds the double with his third.

If Josh Rock wins this evening, who knows, but at this stage there's too many people and points above him to consider he may reach the play-offs.

    Full credit to him though.

  19. Rock holds to go one leg from victorypublished at 19:49 BST 16 April

    Bunting 1-5 Rock

Josh Rock sets up tops. Stephen Bunting is not yet down to a finish.

This time, though, he can't hit the double. He misses it three times!

Bunting gets himself down to 115, but misses his dart at tops to finish it off.

Rock takes out the double on his next visit.

    Bunting 1-4 Rock

Finishing might be Josh Rock's forte, but he can't get the scoring required in this leg.

Stephen Bunting misses two darts at the double but it doesn't matter as Rock is not down to a finish yet.

He misses his first on his next visit but eventually takes it out.
