  1. Sco 68-4published at 9 overs

    Scotland need 88 from 66

West Indies have really taken the wind out of the Scottish sails.

Priyanaz Chatterji is in with a hobbling Darcey Carter and the pair deal in singles for five from the over.

The physio is back on as Darcey Carter is struggling with that ankle injury from earlier. Her spikes appeared to get stuck in the turf as she stretched for a wide delivery down the leg side. She is moving gingerly but continues.

  3. Sco 60-4published at 8 overs

Despite those flurry of wickets, Darcey Carter stands strong at 29 but is looking increasingly frustrated.

Hayley Matthews has been so superb that she can be forgiven for bowling with a baseball cap on.

I think West Indies doing well and challenging for semi-finals is good for the health of the game.

  6. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 7.1 overs

    McColl lbw b Matthews 1 (Sco 58-4)

No need for a review here as skipper Hayley Matthews strikes again.

Megan McColl attempts a reverse sweep and is struck low down on the pads.

No hesitation from the umpire. After all the promise, Scotland will need something special from here.

That would have been the catch of the tournament from Campbelle. She was running like she was about to dive into a swimming pool, knowing she wouldn't get hurt.

  8. Sco 58-3published at 7 overs

West Indies as new batter Megan McColl top edges it to Shemaine Campbelle at mid-wicket but the fielder can't quite get a hand to it. Scotland are on the ropes.

The problem Scotland have got is that they don't bat as deep as other teams in this tournament.

  10. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 6.3 overs

    S Bryce c Dottin b Fletcher 4 (Sco 57-3)

Scotland are falling apart as Sarah Bryce's stay at the crease is also short-lived.

Spin does the trick once again. Afy Fletcher lofts one in and it's sliced straight to backward point.

  12. Sco 55-2published at 6 overs

    Target 154

Sarah Bryce replaces her sister and cuts Hayley Matthews through square for four.

I've got a feeling this could go down to the wire.

Everything I thought Kathryn Bryce would do, she has done the opposite. Hayley Matthews has got her side back in the game. That is a huge wicket.

  14. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 5.3 overs

    K Bryce c Henry b Matthews 0 (Sco 51-2)

In comes Kathryn Bryce. Out goes Kathryn Bryce.

Hayley Matthews tempts the Scotland skipper with a fuller delivery and Bryce miscues it to Chinelle Henry at mid-off.

The momentum swings back to West Indies again.

Simon, Birmingham: Not the best bowling in the world but Darcey Carter looks a good player.

At the halfway stage, I thought 180 was a par score. Scotland are showing that 180 is a par score. West Indies only hit 13 fours in their innings and Scotland are already on nine.

  17. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 5.1 overs

    Fraser b Matthews 20 (Sco 51-1)

Breakthrough! Skipper Hayley Matthews goes straight and Katherine Fraser makes a meal of it - completely mistiming her sweep as the ball clatters into the stumps.

    A much-needed wicket.

  19. Sco 51-0published at 5 overs

Scotland were - as usual - brilliant in the field. The West Indies, on the other hand...

Three boundaries off Karishma Ramharack. Scotland are making short work of this.

That was a lot harder than the previous chance but both openers have been given a life.
