    Time to get going.

Jofra Archer will bowl the first over, with Rohit Sharma facing and Shubman Gill down the other end.

Rohit was dismissed by Sam Curran for 11 on Tuesday, but Gill made 80 before having to retire hurt.

On this surface, it could be tough for the Indian top order. They haven't played a huge amount of cricket recently.

Their first hurdle is to see through that powerplay, there seems to be enough for the fast bowlers.

I might've rested Rashid instead of Dawson, he kept them in the game on Tuesday. There's a shortage of batsmen, quite a long tail, Dawson would've prevented that.

This wicket always looks good for batting, I think England will have a substantial chase.

Cardiff has generally been a happy hunting ground for England in white-ball cricket, winning nine of the last 12 matches they've played here dating back to 2018.

The toss result also looks to be in England's favour - the last four one-day internationals at Cardiff have been won by the side bowling first.

India captain Shubman Gill: "Probably would've bowled first as well. I'm doing well and very happy and very pleased that we had a near perfect game last game.

"We had a good six or seven overs in the powerplay and put pressure on at the end of the powerplay. The fast bowlers taking wickets in the middle overs was brilliant. I have good memories here, hopefully I can make some more."

"KL Rahul is ill so Ishan Kishan comes back in."

England captain Harry Brook: "We're going to have a bowl today. A nice even spread of grass, so hopefully we can get a bit of swing and seam movement up front.

"We need to just execute slightly better. I always say we're never out of games and we put up a really good fight last time.

"Two changes. Josh Tongue and Liam Dawson come out for Saqib Mahmood and Gus Atkinson."

Yes, it's time for the second of the three ODIs in this series between England India.

We're at Cardiff today and we've already had a toss - Harry Brook has won it and his side are going to have a bowl.

He chose to bat upon winning at Edgbaston.
