    Hampshire 202-6 & 214 v Notts 229

That is ton up for Jake Lehmann!

A terrific innings which has helped massively to steer Hampshire away from potential defeat. His century arrives with the 197th ball he has faced, whipping away a delivery from Liam Patterson-White through the on-side and to the boundary rope.

It has been an innings of real concentration and grit.

Hants now lead Notts by 187 with 19 overs remaining.

Extravagant inswing for the South African, who has never taken a wicket in professional cricket.

There's a lot of talk in cricket about players 'putting their hand up'.

Let's see who's keen to bowl now for Durham.

Lack of quality spinners in the country. Time for a trial of uncovered wickets? Far too many boring draws on flat lifeless wickets.

200 up for Worcestershirepublished at 16:43 BST 18 May

    Lancs v Worcs 200-5 - lead by 189

Josh Bohannon is on for a bowl as this match now looks destined to end in a draw.

His first delivery of medium pace bowling is flicked away and Chris Green does superbly down at fine leg to save a boundary with a full athletic dive.

Quite the effort with just minutes remaining in the match. The 200 is now up for Worcestershire.

Sadly, the intentions of returning to the field this evening at Edgbaston have been thwarted by another band of rain.

Time was of the essence for both Warwickshire and Glamorgan, who have instead had to share the points with the match recorded officially as a draw.

The Bears take 12 points, while Glammy claim 14.

    Kent 523 v Durham 446

The stumps remain in place, the creases are being re-marked, so it looks like this game is going to continue.

Not sure exactly what the purpose will be as Durham are hardly going to ask their pace bowlers to run in full tilt and risk an injury.

Tom Hartley has not found his length at all since coming back in and his first delivery of his 18th over in total is fired over cow corner by Brett D'Oliveira for six.

This match is drifting towards a draw as Worcestershire near 200.

    Raine b Parkinson 106 (Kent 523 v Durham 446)

Durham's first innings finally comes to an end as Ben Raine tries to work Matt Parkinson away and is bowled behind his legs.

Raine and Callum Parkinson - who is left on 54 not out - put on 158 after coming together just before 1:00pm with the score on 288-9.

Will there be any further play in this game? We'll let you know when we know.

for Callum Parkinsonpublished at 16:31 BST 18 May

    Kent 523 v Durham 442-9

Number 11 Callum Parkinson gives the thumbs up to the Durham dressing room after pulling part-timer Ben Dawkins for four to reach a second first-class 50 from 132 balls.

At least his twin brother Matt was spared the 'pleasure' of being the bowler to concede the runs to bring up the half-century, he'd never have heard the last of it.

Good job Kent did lose a whole day’s play for leaky covers. They would probably have found a way to lose the match.

for Ben Rainepublished at 16:26 BST 18 May

    Kent 523 v Durham 436-9

What a fine cricketer Ben Raine is - 538 first-class wickets, more than 4,500 runs, and now a third hundred as he cuts Ben Dawkins into the off-side and is able to take three runs.

This one has taken him 126 balls and featured a six and eight fours.

An incredibly loopy slower ball from Tom Bailey almost completely deceives Brett D'Oliveria - but D'Oliveria does well to get some bat on it and send it away from his stumps at the last moment.

That one may have slipped out of Bailey's hand as he looked as surprised as anyone by the outcome.

A seagull has decided to aid Notts' efforts in the field by covering long off.

Two Jacks in play as Leach bowls to Carson with three fielders close to the bat.

Carson defends into the off side. Four balls in and the umpires are already concerned about the overheads.

A brolly pops up in the Hildreth stand and the players are going off.

    10 balls of action there.

Chris Green is having a bit of a clothing change as he goes into short leg for Lancashire.

The first ball is dragged down by Tom Hartley though and muscled away into the leg side by Matthew Waite for four.

It's gone straight into a bush and England's greatest ever bowler, James Anderson, is currently rattling around in the weeds next to a train track trying to find the ball.

It happens to the best of us, Jimmy.
