This is fascinating stuff. You would think there would be some consolidating from West Indies but that has not been the case.

    Exciting stuff to watch.

Matthew Forde is in the mood! He gobbles up a shorter delivery from Marco Jansen and deposits the ball into the stands. Miles over mid-wicket.

Lungi Ngidi is having a day he will remember for the rest of his life. He will be looking for his five-for now.

West Indies are sinking into more trouble. Who is going to bring that partnership? Someone needs to bring this back for them.

That felt like it was there to be hit but Dewald Brevis clung onto it. Big problems for West Indies.

  12. WI 70-5published at 8 overs

Good over from West Indies. Sensible running by Rovman Powell and Jason Holder and they picked off the one bad ball. Too floaty, too full.

A beautiful cricket shot from Jason Holder considering the circumstances. You would think after the first over that Keshav Maharaj bowled, they would try to tick him over.

He had a nice flow off the bat to whack it over his head.

Keshav Maharaj, who conceded 17 runs in the opening over of the match, returns to the attack. Rovman Powell replaces his helmet with a cap.

Corbin Bosch has bowled really quickly and consistently too. To have him as a back-up bowler to Lungi Ngidi and Kagiso Rabada is a big plus for South Africa.

  16. WI 60-5published at 7 overs

Corbin Bosch follows up his wicket with three dot balls to Jason Holder.

I suppose the positive for West Indies is they only lost one wicket in that over...

Corbin Bosch normally does not celebrate but you can see how important that wicket was to him.

West Indies are struggling now. Sherfane Rutherford was looking so strong.

Sherfane Rutherford looks a calm character. He loves hitting a cricket ball.

His balance and steady head allows him to get into a strong position.
