There's an awful lot of blood dripping from the mouth of Lauren Price.

It seems to be a cut, which will be better. She does tend to have a gaping mouth but hopefully it is just a cut, which they will be able to manage that, and not a broken jaw. That would be huge at this stage of the match.

This is good, it's what we wanted to see. A competitive contest with different styles clashing. It's exactly what we expected with all these titles on the line.

    Price v Pineiro

Price has a really nasty right hook and Pineiro knows all about it after eating a couple early in the round.

Pineiro seems to have sensed that the rounds are getting away from her and is bring a little more proactive in trying to land first.

But it's a risky ploy as Price lands clean with another hook and Pineiro's legs buckle. The Puerto Rican looks stunned but is saved by the bell.

Price looks to have settled into her rhythm now and is letting loose with a few combinations.

There's not a wealth of punches coming back the other way.

    Price v Pineiro

    Stacey Copeland

Pineiro is physically strong so she'll try and use that against Lauren. Lauren is much quicker though, she just needs to try and find her range.

That was a really competitive opening round.

Price might be a world champion but you don't get to that level without a decent coach and she is listening intently to Rob McCracken between rounds.

Lauren Price is in and out of range so quickly. They say timing beats speed. Often she's in and out before they've had a chance to calculate. The self belief she has is huge. She's had so much success not only as an amateur, but also as a professional.

Even Stephanie Pineiro seems to be enjoying Dafydd Iwan's rendition of this one.

The crowd are all singing the chorus of Yma o Hyd - we're still here, and you'd be daft to have left before this one.

    Chisora v Wilder

    Kal Sajad
BBC Sport at the O2 Arena

The top tier of the arena looks pretty jammed but overall the arena is not even close to being full. I just had a quick wander and the concourse and bars aren't overly packed yet either. We just have one more fight - Viddal Riley v Mateusz Masternak - to go before the main event.

Remember you can listen to all the action from London in the 'watch & listen' tab above.
