As a homework activity, ask children to look at the labels in five of their favourite pieces of clothing to find out where their clothes were made and from what shops they were bought.
Back in class, compile the results and ask the pupils to think of a suitable way to display the statistics, for example, display the information on a map of the world or represent the statistics of the most popular shops as a pictograph of a high street.
