  1. Packalen only needs 24 secondspublished at 19:56 GMT 27 February 2016

It's uppercut city at UFC London.

Like in the first fight of the night, one proved decisive in the bout between Teemu Packalen and Thibault Gouti. On the ground Packalen quickly sunk in a rear naked choke and made his opponent tap.

And as for the Finn's Victorian moustache? Simply Magnificent.

  4. Silva, once the word's finestpublished at 19:49 GMT 27 February 2016

In his prime Anderson Silva was simply unbelievable. Supremely confident, goading opponents to take shots with his hands down and using Matrix-like agility to avoid the blow.

But you can see the stat below. Since then he's been knocked out, suffered an horrific leg break and been banned for steroid use.

This is his first fight back since the ban. At 40, is The Spider is past it or has he one more run in him?

  5. Bisping, England's finest.published at 19:49 GMT 27 February 2016

For 10 years Michael Bisping has been England's top UFC fighter.

But, despite being a respected top middlewight, he's never been able to make that final step up to a title shot.

Will victory over Silva finally see him fight for the gold? Or could defeat see the beginning of the end for the fighter from Clitheroe, Lancashire?

  6. The main event...published at 19:47 GMT 27 February 2016

There are 17,000 in the O2 Arena in London tonight. And this is what they've all come to see. We expect them in the Octagon at around 22:00 GMT.

    What's at stake? Lots.

  7. Teymur gets all emotionalpublished at 19:44 GMT 27 February 2016

This just shows what a win in the Octagon means.

    Oh my...

  8. David Teymur stuns Martin Svenssonpublished at 19:41 GMT 27 February 2016

The first fight of the night ended in spectacular style.

It was Swede v Swede as these former contestants on the UFC reality show Ultimate Fighter faced off.

    A nasty uppercut finished it...

    OK, now for some action...

  10. And the rules...published at 19:37 GMT 27 February 2016

The main event will be five five-minute rounds. All others three five-minute rounds. You can win by knockout, submission or decision.

Contrary to its more brutal roots, there are a lot of rules in the UFC. Read them here, external.

Some of the 31 things that are banned for the record? Eye-gouging, biting, hair pulling, spitting and groin attacks...

  11. UFC for beginnerspublished at 19:36 GMT 27 February 2016

OK, so if you are following UFC for the first time, here is a quick lowdown.

UFC is the world's leading mixed martial arts company. Contestants can use boxing, wrestling and a range of martial arts.

They typically fight in highly technical exchanges, inside a 750 square foot Octagon. Now you'll upset the UFC if you call it a cage. It's more of an eight-sided fence with some padding, designed, the UFC says, with "safety and fairness" in mind.

  12. Other key fightspublished at 19:33 GMT 27 February 2016

Away from Anderson Silva v Michael Bisping, here are a couple to keep an eye out for, although there is plenty more of real interest on this card.

Francisco Rivera V Brad Pickett. Both England's 'One Punch' Pickett and his US opponent are literally fighting for their UFC futures after recent losses. And both love to brawl...

Keita Nakamura V Tom Breese. Breese is being described as England's hottest prospect. Can he make it three knockouts in a row in his UFC career against Japan's Nakamura?

  13. So, what have we got here?published at 19:31 GMT 27 February 2016

Tonight we'll bring you live updates on the event - a 17,000 sell-out at London's O2 Arena - the best analysis and the key chat on social media, plus video clips from every fight.

If that wasn't enough these two will get it on in the main event: A man hailed the best of all time and England's finest mixed martial artist. And both Anderson Silva and Michael Bisping have a lot to prove.
