The Silva who dominated from 2006 with shear brilliance, or a 40-year-old man in decline who cannot turn back the clock?

  4. It's Silva v Bisping timepublished at 22:39 GMT 27 February 2016

So, so much intrigue in this fight.

As if it didn't need any more subplots, the camera pans to middleweight champion Luke Rockhold.

A future match with him for the winner?

  5. Mousasi's best spellpublished at 22:38 GMT 27 February 2016

This was as good as it got for Mousasi in the second.

  6. Unanimous win for Mousasispublished at 22:37 GMT 27 February 2016

    No surprise from the judges.

Let's see what Dan Hardy puts to him in the post-fight interview. He didn't seem happy with what he saw from the commentary box.

  7. Leites v Mousasipublished at 22:35 GMT 27 February 2016

    Round 3

Leites knows he lost the first two rounds. His face is bruised and battered. In desperation, he starts swinging. Will this fire up Mousasi?

No, he takes Leites down. There's 90 seconds to go. The crowd boo. This has not matched their expectations.

That's where the fight ends. Expect a Mousasi win from the judges. The crowd boo again at the end and Mousasi cups his hand to his ear.

I find it very difficult sometimes when I'm commentating not to jump out of my seat and yell at them to do something. This is an entertainment industry and we want to see people perform.

You could hear a pin drop in the arena at this moment. Clearly the pace and energy of Pickett and Packalen's fights have been lost.

The boos ring louder and louder.

  10. Mousasi needs to 'move through the gears'published at 22:28 GMT 27 February 2016

This was a good as it got in the first...

  11. Leites v Mousasipublished at 22:28 GMT 27 February 2016

    Round 2

Now, that was a bit better. Some combinations coming through, with Mousasi the aggressor and trying to force the pace.

A left-hook from Mousasi gets through - is that planting the seed for a big shot with the right for later?

Leites is trying to counter strike but is offering little and looks tired.

"It's the combinations I want to see - that one allowed Leites to get into the fight and land a left hook of his own. But Mousai is starting to get a little busier now, throwing a few more jabs. It's the right hand that's going to do the damage though."

  13. Leites v Mousasipublished at 22:24 GMT 27 February 2016

    Round 1

Did I give this the commentator's curse?

We were expecting fireworks, but they are in second gear and the crowd are not happy.

    Nothing to report.

  16. Next up: co-main eventpublished at 22:16 GMT 27 February 2016

It's Thales Leites v Gegard Mousasi and, among hardcore fight fans, it doesn’t get any better than this.

The two top-10 middleweights are heralded among the most experienced and skilled fighters around.

Brazil’s Leites has won five of his past six bouts - his last fight being defeat to Michael Bisping.

Mousasi is also coming off a loss but he also knocked out the great Dan Henderson just 13 months ago.

  17. 'Frustrated' Breese 'felt flat'published at 22:10 GMT 27 February 2016

A subdued Tom Breese apologised to the crowd after his points win over Keita Nakamura.

He said: "It was very frustrating. I told everyone this guy is a tough guy - 40 fights and he won 33.

"I felt flat today. I've got to get more cage-time. I just felt like I didn't have much energy. I want to apologise to my fans - I'm going to be better next time."
