A reminder of why we're all running round like headless chickens on a strip of astroturf. It's for the fantastic cause that is Sport Relief and you can show your support by donating here, external

£25 could enable a disadvantaged child in Bangladesh to take part in sports activities for a year, improving their health, wellbeing and confidence.

£50 could pay for a disadvantaged young person in the UK to go on a sports coaching course giving them the skills they need to find work.

£70 could train a volunteer to run football and HIV awareness sessions for young people in a South African township.

Any amount, however small, will help make a difference.

Sport Relief has raised an incredible £262m since 2002. This video explains where your money goes...
