We've just hit the 4.5-hours-to-go mark, so there's still plenty of time to donate if you haven't done so already. Here's how to do it, external

£25 could enable a disadvantaged child in Bangladesh to take part in sports activities for a year, improving their health, wellbeing and confidence.

£50 could pay for a disadvantaged young person in the UK to go on a sports coaching course giving them the skills they need to find work.

£70 could train a volunteer to run football and HIV awareness sessions for young people in a South African township.

Any amount, however small, will help make a difference.
