  1. Eddie Izzard: Marathon manpublished at 11:50 GMT 3 March 2016

    Eddie Izzard Marathon Man

Battle of the Five-a-Sides is not the only Sport Relief challenge taking place right now. Down in South Africa comedian Eddie Izzard is attempting to complete a staggering 27 marathons in 27 days across South Africa. Yes you read that correctly. That's over 700 miles in temperatures of up to 30°C.

Follow Eddie's progress on BBC Three.

  5. How can you become a better five-a-side player?published at 11:42

You need a good level of skills and fitness for 11-a-side football, but how about five-a-side?

With the ball in play more than in the 11-a-side format of the game and players likely to have four times as many touches on the ball, it's arguably even harder.

Find out how you could become a better five-a-side player with our iWonder guide. Here's a flavour of what's in store......

  6. Next up?published at 11:41 GMT 3 March 2016

    Shearer 5s 18-18 Savage 5s

Another all-BBC grudgematch. This one is for bragging rights in the office and priority queuing in the canteen.

Boca Seniors, led by Guy Worsick and Jez Edwards (is that the former Hollyoaks and Holby City actor?!), take on BBC Religion and Ethics. Expect plenty of fair play.

Hugs between both sets of players as time is called on the all-girl clash between Charlotte Evans & Co and BBC 16-35 Female. Even Robbie manages to get a few hugs, despite his earlier antics (see 11:05 and 11:16).

All square between the two teams in that match - and on aggregate.

Alan Shearer's daughter tells us via Twitter that she's on her way to Sport Relief's Battle of the Five-A-Sides.

That prompts two important questions. One - has she brought her boots? Two - can she score goals like her old man?

  11. Showing Hartpublished at 11:22

    Sport Relief - Joe Hart

I always knew Joe Hart was a nice chap. Suppose you've got to be affable to agree to advertise a cheesy anti-dandruff shampoo.

Anyway...the point is that the England keeper has been down at MediaCity to lend his support to all the Sport Relief players. Even more impressive when you consider his team were battered 3-0 at Liverpool last night.

I'd have wanted to mope around the flat all day, eating lots of chocolate digestives to ease the pain.

  15. He's behind you!published at 11:12 GMT 3 March 2016

Are any Women's Super League scouts sat in our makeshift stand? They should be. We've just seen a thunderbolt from one of Team Savage, who put their side in command in this game and the overall tie.

Savage is warming to the role of pantomime villain nicely now - sliding in on another opponent. Someone bring him a Captain Hook costume.

  17. Ouch!!published at 11:05 GMT 3 March 2016

"Referee! Have you forgotten your cards?!"

How Robbie Savage has escaped a yellow card, I do not know. Robbie brings his greatest footballing skill to the party - a late sliding tackle.

"Off, off, off!" The watching crowd make their feelings known after Sav clatters into one of his female opponents.

Of course, it's all good fun. The tackle wasn't that dirty. He did much worse in a booking-littered career.

  19. FULL-TIME (sort of)published at 10:59

    Shearer 5s 14-14 Savage 5s

All over between the BBC Commentary team (Shearer) and 5 live Internal (Savage).

Shearer's team received a, er, Savaging as the 5 live boys haul Robbie's team level.

After that showing the BBC Commentary team, made up of Match of the Day and 5 live commentators, might be less critical of their subjects in the future. It's harder than it looks eh!

Next up is an all-female clash. Charlotte Evans's team (Shearer) is taking on BBC 16-35 Female (Savage).

  20. GOAL!published at 10:54 GMT 3 March 2016

    Shearer 13-14 Savage

Match of the Day commentator Steve Wilson, wearing his beloved Tranmere Rovers shirt underneath his tight-fitting bib (it must be a kids' size), slinks around the keeper to confidently roll in. That was like John Aldridge or John Muir* in their Prenton prime.
