This is essentially a champion that is vulnerable to damage but amazing at delivering devastating attacks.

A fight erupts at bot lane and Febiven is the last man standing. With some fancy footwork, Febiven dodges outside of the attack range of ClearLove's Rek'Sai and jumps back in to secure the final kill of the fight.
Quote MessageThat is just about the worst thing that could happen for EDG

It's no secret that I'm a big Riven fan. Riven is a very unique champion that requires a lot of skill and knowledge to play, but why is that?
Riven is not the only champion that utilizes animation cancelling but uses them significantly more than any other character. Animation cancelling is the process of using an ability or a basic attack and using another ability in a specific order to 'cancel' the animation.
Everything that you do in League of Legends has three components; the windup, the execution and the wind down. In particular, basic attacks have a long wind down period but that's relative; in reality it's a fraction of a second. Using specific abilities allow players to eliminate the wind down essentially saving time and making it possible to do more in the same window of time.
Fnatic's Huni is playing Riven, whilst EDG's Koro1 is working with Fiora - a match that's getting some of you very excited.

The bottom lane sees some one-on-one drama as Huni goes on the offensive, with Koro1 as his target.

Game 2 (Take 2) - Fnatic versus Edward gaming
Edward Gaming
Bans: Kennen, Elise, MordekaiserPicks: Rek'Sai, Caitlyn, Fiora, Morgana, Veigar
Fnatic
Bans: Lulu, Kalista, GangplankPicks: Jinx, Tahm Kench, Gragas, Riven, LeBlanc
Rek'sai is once again the first pick of choice for EDG.
Fnatic lock in Jinx and Tahm Kench on their first rotation of picks.
Fiora is blind picked into Huni, Huni responds with Riven. This will be an explosive match up if they meet during the laning phase as it is all down to player skill.
Febiven picks LeBlanc into Veigar, this could be potentially risky as LeBlanc has few tools to deal with Veigar if he predicts his movement with Event Horizon which creates a large cage that stuns champions who touch it.

Thanks for your patience everyone. Picks and bans coming up shortly...
All we know is, he's called the Kench
Fnatic have placed a high priority on banning out Tahm Kench despite Yellowstar showing he can play the champion, as we saw in the Summer Split Finals in the LCS. Tahm Kench's ability to completely deny an engage onto a key ally makes him an invaluable pick up.
Quote MessageI think Tahm Kench is the best champion in the game
Aidan 'Zirene' Moon
Referees have decided to allow the teams to continue picking the Champion Gragas despite the bug that required the match to be restarted. The circumstances to recreate the bug are specific enough that the teams have been informed how to avoid it and Gragas will remain available.

Due to the bug that Reignover encountered which did not allow him to cast one of his abilities, the referees have decided to allow Fnatic to remake the game. After a short break to allow the teams to regroup, we will head back into game 2 with entirely new picks and bans.

Just how big is the esports scene?
Lewis and Tim from YouTube channel The Peace Pigeon chatted to Julia Hardy about the huge scale of the esports scene, which shows no signs of slowing down...
The Faker Killer
Febiven has come a long way since he was in the Challenger and amateur scene last year but is now not only sitting at the top of Europe but is on the verge of being on one of the top 4 teams in the entire world.
With mind-blowing mastery over the champions he controls, Febiven has taken on some of the best players in the world including Faker, taking him out in one on one combat at MSI. Febiven has grown to be a serious threat at Worlds.
Quote MessageProbably the steepest increase in a player I've ever seen on the world stage
