I can't decide what to have for my lunch, and here's Bruce Mouat having to make a decision that might decide whether he wins an Olympic medal.

Swiss fourth Benoit Schwarz-van Berkel replaces the yellow that was previously moved and there are two Swiss stones lurking near the button.

GB still lie one shot but there's potential for a clearout of the two closest reds if the path is available.

Ana Gubanova does brilliantly well to stop herself falling on her triple lutz, to gasps from the crowd.

A word for her dress - it is a work of art, with the black straps on the back designed to look like a couple kissing.

What can Bruce Mouat do here? He sends the penultimate stone down with a bit of pace and taps out one of the yellow stones.

    GB still lying one shot.

Two stones apiece left. Switzerland have the hammer and are chasing a two that would send them into the final.

GB are lying one at the moment but the Swiss have two yellow stones close in, in front of the four-foot ring. Any result still possible here.

    Tense. Very tense.

    GB timeout.

Japan's Ami Nakai might only be 17-years-old but you would never know watching her warming up.

So calm and composed - not your average teenager!

Can she win Olympic gold? She will be the last to take to the ice.

Just the top six from the short program left to go. Currently, Amber Glenn still has the lead.

And it is a fascinating mix of skaters - the Japanese trio of Mone Chiba, three time world champion Kaori Sakamoto, and teenage sensation Ami Nakai.

Plus, current world champion Alysa Liu, and the Russian wild-card Adeliia Petrosian.

First to skate, Georgia's Ana Gubanova, who has the ability to throw a spanner in the mix.

Hold onto your hats, this is going to be good.

The United States win it in overtime!

They were two minutes away from losing this match but took it to overtime with a late Hilary Knight goal and Megan Keller scores the clincher to give them the gold medal.

The USA have been the best team at this tournament, but Canada pushed them all the way in the final.

Another blank end here, which means the Swiss keep the hammer in the final end..

Why's that? Remember what BBC Sport commentator Logan Gray told us earlier...

"Your aim when you've got the hammer is to score at least two. So often, if you're not able to do that with your final stone, you are better 'blanking' the end so you can keep the hammer for the next end, and try to score more than one next time."

So, two for the Swiss in the final end would put them in the final. One would force and extra end, in which GB would have the hammer. Or... GB could steal.

  20. The Tutberidze methodpublished at 20:52 GMT 19 February

Controversial coach Eteri Tutberidze was rinkside as AIN athlete and Russian champion Adeliia Petrosian was doing her pre-skate (her pre-event run through on the ice).

The teenager is under the tutelage of Tutberidze, the coach of Kamila Valieva at the last Olympics, and whose involvement with the Georgia figure skating team helped win the country's first ever Winter Olympic medal with pairs silver.

Tutberidze has been cleared for involvement in these Games despite her close association with Russian athletes banned for doping, including Valieva, while her harsh training methods have also been questioned.

She was not listed as a coach for Petrosian on the official start list, and when receiving her score on Tuesday, the teenager was only accompanied by listed coach Daniil Gleikhengauz - who has previously worked closely with Tutberidze.
