If Amber Glenn wins a medal from 13th place after short program, that is an all-time great Olympic comeback.

She still leads, with four skaters to go.

This is a long wait for Petrosian's score.

And it's tight. She gets a seasons best score of 141.64, but you wouldn't know it looking at her face.

Disappointed doesn't cut it. She's in second.

Switzerland let us in [to the semi-finals] and now they are regretting that.

The GB boys raised their game and it was a game of two halves. When it came to the latter half, we were there and ready for it.

    Men's curling semi-finals - GB 8-5 Switzerland

Switzerland won nine out of nine in the round robin. GB won five of their nine. They needed a Switzerland win this morning to ensure they made it through to the semi-finals.

But GB have won the one that mattered.

And there's one more than will really matter - the gold medal final on Saturday evening.

Gladiators and Michael McIntyre might have to take a back seat for a couple of hours because we'll all be a bit busy.

The harsh part is that she nailed that quad axel in the warm-up but just couldn't replicate it in her routine.

If Adeliia Petrosian had nailed that routine, the race for gold would have been over. The complexity of some of those elements were phenomenal.

As it is, we must wait.

This British quartet have guaranteed Team GB's fourth medal of these Olympics and they now have a chance to at least match the silver medal they won four years ago in Beijing.

Bruce Mouat, Grant Hardie, Hammy McMillan and Bobby Lammie came here top of the world rankings and targeting nothing other than gold.

And, for all they struggled in the round robin and only earned their place in the medal matches thanks to Italy losing on Thursday morning, they now stand one step away from achieving that ambition.

Great Britain go to the gold medal match and they turned it around.

Switzerland were on top up to the halfway point. That was tough, tough, tough.

The score makes it look easy, but it was tough.

    Bruce Mouat's final stone...

Plenty of ice out wide - too wide? No, it's in for two shots for GB.

A tough shot left for the Swiss to get at least one to take us to an extra end.

Hands on faces in the crowd. So nervous.

There will be many in figure skating who don't think Adeliia Petrosian - or her entourage - should be at these Games.

But the AIN skater has plenty of support in the crowd, with plenty of banners and signs. No Russian flags, of course.

And now she skates, potentially, for an Olympic medal.

Gubanova breathes a huge sigh of relief at the conclusion of her routine.

Yes, she had that small mistake coming out of the first triple lutz, but that didn't affect the rest of her routine.

She' given a score of 138.22 to put her in fourth. She will have wanted a higher score than that.
