    You have to feel for Jen Dodds. She leaves these Games without a medal, yet she has been one of the standout performers in mixed doubles and women's team curling.

    Norway's Sander Eitrem and Finn Sonnekalb of Germany are both way off the podium places in the penultimate heat. Eitrem seventh and Sonnekalb 11th at the moment.

    "We fought for everything, every shot. We were all together all the way. I couldn't be more proud of these girls this week."

    Wow - the Olympic record has gone again, beaten by both skaters in heat 13!

    China's Ning Zhongyan takes the lead with a brilliant performance, more than a second quicker than previous leader Joep Vennemars.

    Defending champion Kjeld Nuis ran out of steam a tiny bit on the closing lap but has still done enough to lie second at the moment.

    Two more heats to go.

    "I think we were the best team out there at the end of the round robin, but we just left it too late."

    On supporting GB's men this evening in the curling: "Of course, we will be here to support. We have their backs all the way - we know what they can do under pressure. Best of luck to them tonight and we will be cheering very hard."

    Away from the drama of the curling, only three pairs are left to skate now in the men's 1500m and Joep Wennemars leads with a time of 1:43.05 - which is an Olympic record.

    Going in heat 13 of 15 is another Dutchman - the defending Olympic champion Kjeld Nuis...
